Q: None of the buttons work on the machine (like strength size, favorite, etc. I can push hot water for a brew but can't increase strength or temp. nor can I use the over ice feature. how do those work

this is my second K-Supreme coffee maker and neither one wants to connect to my Linksys mesh Wifi. Not too worried about "custom" set ups, we are using the machines just like the old ones without the fancy connections.

My old Keurig gave up the ghost after 11 years. This smart maker is much appreciated. It recognizes the pod and has a favorite setting that makes life so much easier. I also use the remote brew through the app (make sure you have a cup there!) which is handy when waking up. The reservoir is easy to fill. Highly recommended.

Keurig stood behind purchase as unit failed after 5 days. Would not turn on after all the trouble shooting with support. Very disappointing. Hopefully replacement won’t malfunction.

Overall, we like this machine. We have had previous Keurigs but this is the first time we bought a SMART machine so it took a little time getting used to. We are primarily my KCUP Users which we feel is better for the environment and allows us to drink our favorite coffee which does not come in pods. We found the instructions on how to use the My KCup very confusing and contradictory but we figured it out. Also, it would be nice if one My KCup was included with the machine as well as an extra filter. We believe in the past these were included on our prior machines. We do like that we can select from multiple sizes, strengths and temperatures as well as designate favorites.

Pros: makes great coffee, the temperature and strength controls are nice for customizing your cup, and it's a sturdy machine. Cons: The app takes forever to get the machine connected. The "schedule brew" function is misleading: while you can schedule a time and brew settings for a cup of coffee, it doesn't automatically start at that time. You have to confirm via app notification that you want the brew to begin. This defeats the purpose, for me. I don't want to have to pick up my phone in the morning - I want a cup of coffee waiting for me when I get downstairs. That function is 75% of the reason I upgraded to this model.

I like my new Keurig and it works for me since I love the speed and convenience that it offers. It also good for me since I like having the variety of the different coffees that I like. Now, it does not provide a very strong cup of coffee but it is tasteful and I tend to use the setting for the smaller cup sizes in order for my coffee not to become watery. I love the convenience of Keurig.
