    Great Little Food Processor

This item was the perfect size, color, and did a great job chopping. However it deserves 1-star because the lid, the “on” function, and coordinating the process was NOT intuitive at all. This device needs a better more intuitive top design.

    Meeting My Expectations so Far!

Without a manual, it took me some time to figure out that what looks like a part of the lid that should come off, is actually the pressure switch to power the unit off and on.Other than that, all is good!

    Great size

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One reason I don’t t like it is I need to continuously press the handle so it will chop. I want to be able to push a button and do something else of if I need to. The main reason I tried using it once but it was a fail. I put in a can of diced tomatoes put the lid back on, but it will not chop. I went on YouTube and your website but I can’t get it to work. And the booklet that came with it was no help. This was a gift, if I knew where it was ordered from I would return it. Except I’ve had it over a month. The size is exactly what I was looking for.

I understand some of the reviews complaining about how it locks. I had a trouble a couple of times but once I figured out how to do it properly I haven't had any troubles at all. Very nice product.

    The perfect little food processor that could.

    Nice small processor, unsure of durability.

    Leaks. Do not buy this one.

    Instructions are unhelpful and it took forever to figure out how to use it. Leaks out the entire lid and makes a huge mess. Do not buy this one.

    What a piece of junk.

    It can’t handle the simplest of tasks. Chopping is too fine and puree is to course. Can’t make a simple mirepoix or humus. Useless waste of money.

    Garbage. Acoid

    I have no idea why this thing has so many high ratings, it’s a complete piece of garbage, it’s built like something you would get at the dollar store honestly it came with zero instructions on how to use, and I had to dig through multiple layers of the Internet for even basic instructions.

    Buyer Beware: check online for other reviews that clearly show this item has many flaws, from frustrating lid to problems with premature failure. Kitchen Aid does not stand behind this product and offers no solutions past the 1 year warranty. If you just need a disposable mini-chopper, the Kitchen Aid KFC3516 will be perfect for you! Otherwise, the score is a ZERO stars!
