It does cover the gray but it honestly feels like you chalk painted your hair and scalp! Not soft and really gross when you try to run your fingers through your hair. Causes itchiness too at the end of day! Can’t be healthy since your skin and scalp can’t breath. But I have not found anything better. Hoping they make texture improvements on it! Seems to not last very long either. It’s definitely very temporary fix.

Instant coverage had me in awe. It’s perfect if you need a quick refresh. The bad part is that it will stain your fingers if you’re the type that runs her fingers through your hair.. it will also get on your pillow case if you decide to leave it on. So make sure to use a dark pillow case should you decide to leave it in for a while. Other than that. I am satisfied with it, as I have gone from dying my hair every 6 weeks to every 12 weeks (trying to slow down potential hair loss)

This is way too dark. Comes out black and makes hair look chalky. It’s hard to brush your hair with this product in it. It also makes hair look dull. Oribe has one that works well but it’s really expensive.

Great for cost and what it is! I got the dark brunette and it matches perfectly. Good for using in between root touch ups. If you have ever used a dark dry shampoo, this is basically the same thing. Expect it to get on your hands; it’s like a powder and it does make the hair less smooth. Good for when you wear your hair up! Down, and the powdery-ness of it may mess with your volume and product. But still, for price it’s great and gets the job done. I recommend.

I have nothing but horrible things to say about this product. Right when I put it on my roots it turned my hair so still and crusty it felt like I went a month without washing my hair! I couldn’t even move it any way to style it, it was just a nasty clump of my hair and spray dye. That wasn’t even the worst part!! The box says it dries in one minute.. well tell me why even hours later anytime I touched my hair I would have spray dye on my hand. When I washed it out I thought I must have done something wrong because there’s no way that’s how the product is.. so I tried to do it a second time a couple days later. I made sure I sprayed at least 6 inches from my hair and sprayed as little as possible and I feel like it was even worse the second time! I had to wash my hair FOUR times scrubbing and scrubbing my head to get it out. I’ve been dying my own hair for 15 years and I’ve never come across a product so bad. Soo yeah if you ask my I say don’t even bother.. but if you do.. good luck. I never write reviews but I couldn’t move on without trying to warn others. You have been warned.
