I had level 9-10 blonde hair that turned nearly black with this color. It’s mostly smoke not silver so beware. Luis the fade out is looking very ashy and I am afraid of what will happen if I try to recolor without bleaching which can make it hard to know what color you will get next anyway. I have always had good luck with Féria products but this needs to be shown as one of the dramatic changes with how dark and black it came out. If I’d wanted black they have those colors in better shades than cigarette ashes.

Used 521 Cool Amethyst on my light brown hair. Not only did it not take but it lightened it to a coppery red. Went by the directions so not sure what went wrong. This is supposed to be a dark purple brown color.

I have fine black hair with lots of gray. I've tried other brands like Revlon, Fructisse Naturals, and other Loreal lines. This one in #20 is my favorite. The black is soft with hints of brown, which is more natural and other box colors don't provide, and the color is not as flat as the others. It covers all my gray and the conditioner is pretty moisturizing (though has a strong scent). I keep going back to this and have regretted trying other box colors.

This is the only box hair dye I will use! Deep burgundy brown is a gorgeous color that even when it fades a bit is still a beautiful reddish brown just lighter. Conditioner is the best too to keep hair hydrated. Love it

Beware of this product which says lightens hair. If you have complete virgin hair possibly. If you’ve used anything on your hair even if you think it’s out don’t use it. It made my hair orange. Then when I contacted the number to ask for advice, they wanted first off was receipt number and box info and I used Target drive up so I didn’t have info on hand as I was freaking out but they wouldn’t even respond without receipt number and box info. I said I’m not looking for a refund just help me first . I won’t ever purchase from this brand.

if you have dark hair and are looking for a hair dye that’ll show up, do garnier. i thought id try this one out cause i wanted a darker purple but my hair barely looks any different.

This is by far the best product I’ve used to help me transition from dark blond coloured hair to natural grey hair. It produces a compliment worthy, multi faceted and balanced dark ash overlay. It also makes my normally dry hair soft and smooth.

Color 36 this does not work I go the shade 36 I had brown hair it only worked on my roots. I was excited for this new color but nope didn’t work out. I called target they couldn’t do anything about the situation. It’s better purchasing at sally your color.

It not only didn’t stick, but my hair is now a mix of silver, brown, blonde and black. I bleached my hair before applying so there was no reason for it not to stick but it didn’t and not only didn’t stick but turned my hair silver

I am a red head. Due to getting older I do not want gray hair. I have been coloring my hair for a few years now and when I went to the store to use I thought I would try your product. I bought color kit R68 ruby rush. This morning I used your product and it turned my hair pink. Yes pink. I am not one of these people who walk around with rainbow hair. If a product says it will be RUBY RUSH, which is regular red hair that's what I expect especially when the product is the most expensive on the shelf. NOT PINK. AND HOT PINK AT THAT.
