This piece is cute, there’s no doubt about that, however, I found this piece has so many loose pieces and overall a bad design. I have been building Lego for many years and have had both good and bad sets. This set has many pieces that clash and cannot have both necessary pieces in one area (for example, the tail and a back “fur piece” clash and therefore I cannot click the tail without the piece snapping off). This cat is just not good quality

Tuxedo cat is a fun build
I bought this item for my wife’s birthday. We currently feed a few feral cats and one of those happens to be a tuxedo cat. She is currently working on assembling this, taking her time. With over 1000 pieces it’s an involved kit, but she is enjoying the process. It will build into a wonderful addition to her botanical LEGO collection and since I’m deathly allergic to cats, a wonderful reminder of our porch visitors. A very worthwhile purchase for any cat fancier!

Made me one of the happiest people
I got this from my grandparents as a christmas gift 2 years ago, and it almost made me cry. I used to have a tuxedo cat, and he sadly passed away. But, now I have this lego set, which is a tuxedo cat! And now, every time I look at it im my room, I think of my old cat, and it makes me so happy. I would recommend this set to anybody who loves a good build and cats.

Disintegrating bricks!
My daughter enjoyed the build and the cat looked good. After approx 18 months a lot of the bricks started to disintegrate. The cat was positioned with other Lego sets that were fine so it wasn't an environmental problem. Complained to Lego who, after many many emails replaced some bricks. Unfortunately, when she tried to rebuild, she found more of the original bricks disintegrated and she was unable to rebuild. Very disappointed.
