A: Hi Lpdifran - Thanks for your question. The Lifeline TNT Cable System comes with a patented cable handle with pocket design that prevents the cable to pull apart when exercising. The cables can be attached to the Lifeline Ankle Straps (sold separately) which also contain the patented cable pocket design. I hope this helps!

A: Hi TargetOG - Thanks for your question! The Lifeline TNT Cable System has three cables with 40lb of resistance. Quickly change from 40lb to 120lb of resistance by adding or removing cables. I hope this helps!

Solid choice
63yr Former pro athlete. I have used this system since 2009 and its hard to beat. With the right band the 15/15 workout will keep you in shape. Give it a chance.

I’ve had the triple handles and bought an assortment of cables ranging from 10 to 50 pounds. This means (using either one, two, or 3 cables) that I can create most combinations of total weight between 10 and 150 lbs. I use standard dumbbells in addition to these but any time I travel these just come along in a small duffel bag. Weights stay in the basement and these frequently come to the living room for quiet/safe use - just anchored to a door. I would definitely buy again and lifeline’s triple handles with their flexibility are far better than what I’ve found elsewhere with single handles.

Quality product and great value
This is a fantastic cable system. I bought this because my gym is now closed given the pandemic. I was a little skeptical because there were no reviews, but this is a quality product. The resistance tubes are thick and made well. For comparison, I bought some others online that were cheap and felt like they were going to break when I used them. Also, I really appreciate that there are no metal pieces or hooks attached to these cables, unlike some others that I've seen. The tubes are easily adjustable, and I routinely alternate between using one, two, and three of the tubes based on how much resistance I need. Honestly, this is just a terrific product overall. Oh, and the door hook is also great--I can do a ton of exercises using the door hook.
