Glass container good; Straw too many set up steps

I really like the glass container. The process was fairly easy to get it set up. The actual straw however has WAY too many steps before it can be used. It would be beneficial for the actual straw to have most of those steps handled BEFORE the client receives it.
Best Looking Water Pitcher & Works Great

Works well. Looks great. Doesn’t spill out water like the Epic pitcher. When completely full, feel like the glass handle might not be strong enough; so I support the base just in case. It’s too tall for our fridge; so we leave it on the counter which is fine.
it's a little too early

Plastic be gone!

I like that it filters nano plastics, but I wish it had a bigger/faster filtering area. I had a brita pitcher & you fill it once & it is as full as it will get. The lifestraw must be refilled after each glass of water or it gets low, & it takes about 4 refills to get the water level to near the top.
would buy it over and over again

My initial awkwardness around setting it up and weekly cleaning is fading. I'm yet to deep clean with vinegar so can't report on how that affects the taste of the water.

My daughter really likes her new LIfestraw Filter. It's beautiful on her counter. She chose the Wisteria color. And, it removes harmful bacteria, chemicals, etc. The filter is somewhat slow to fill up, but she is quite pleased. We love that it is glass!!!

I love my pitcher! I have confidence again to drink city water freely and I even pour bottled water thru it on occasion to filter any microplastics. Bought 2 so I could share with another family member. It takes some time and effort to set it up properly in the beginning but it’s easy after that. Just fill, pour, drink, repeat. Lol

I’m grateful for the option this product gives for fresh water! I almost gave up when setting it up because it’s not as easy as it should be and directions aren’t super clear, but it was worth it. We didn’t realize the pitcher would be so tall so we have yet to rearrange shelves in our refrigerator so have been keeping it on the counter.

I love it! If I had to say a downside, it would be how many times I have to fill it up since I doubled my water intake because I'm not afraid to drink it anymore. :)

I love this pitcher! With all the talk of plastic in bottled water, I wanted to find something to help remove it. Drinking tap water is not a choice unless its an absolute necessity, which Im prepared for now with this filtration pitcher. Whole house systems are costly, and break down too quickly in FL. City does not put out timely notices on the need to use boiled water only. Plastic co's have zero accountability and I usually find info on social media. So far, Im very happy with this purchase!

Consumer Reports tests

Your site says it reduces PFAS however it’s not certified. Consumer Reports test shows it doesn’t remove it as much as some other other water pitchers. Since CReports publishes actual tests I’m going with their recommendation and have now have another brand.
One small suggestion

My only concern is the gap between the lid and the pouring spout. Seems kind of useless to have just totally filtered my water and then it sits in the fridge with that gap open to the air and anything else that might fall into it. Just saying.
