MAC Prep + Prime Fix + Original Makeup Setter - Ulta Beauty

There was nothing wrong with the old MAC Fix + and I would've continued purchasing it if they hadn't changed anything. The OG was perfect, I would soak my face and let it dry and it would just melt everything together. This new formula feels like it has more alcohol so you can soak your face and it just dries up shortly after (in order to change the bottle for a fine mist, they would have to change the formula, and they did). It's just another setting spray now. Reminds me a lot of the Milani Make it Last setting spray but a lot more expensive. I'll stick with the Elf dewy coconut setting spray for now. I have combo skin and I like a dewy airbrushed look.

I used to use Urban Decay All Nighter and gave this Mac setting spray a try after it was on sale. Not worth a penny in my opinion! Make up did not set, was still moving around over the course of the day and made me look really oily too. I have tried it with several different foundations but that did not make a difference. will definitely go back to UD! The only think I liked was the spray bottle as it really gives a fine subtle mist.

this is definitely a holy-grail of mine. i use it to prime, melt my powders, and set everything into place. i haven't found anything comparable, love it

Ive had the UD setting apray and it kind of turned me off on them for a few years. Bought this one during the 50% off and i love it. I use it on a bare face some days to smooth and give a blur effect. Ill be repurchasing

I've bought this product many times, and it never disappoints! I was iffy on the new packaging but the nozzle on it lets out the perfect amount of product to set the face.

This is a great product. I spray before makeup to hydrate, during makeup to love it lock it in (iykyk) and after makeup to set. It's also great on glitters to help them stick.

Refreshing! and definitely helps with keeping makeup on and not melting away or rubbing.

I cannot recommend this setting spray enough! I was on vacation and, no joke, fell face-first into the ocean. When I came up, my makeup was still flawless—like I had just applied it! My friends were in total shock and immediately asked what I was using. Of course, I told them all about this spray, and they couldn't wait to try it the next day. If you need a setting spray that truly locks in your makeup through anything, this is the one!

I was skeptic for many years. I enjoy the product in between creme layers or to help blend my make up when extra hydration is needed. I will not necessarily expect my make up to stay on all day if this is only setting spray I use. I always make sure to use this once I am done with my make up to blend and give me a glow. I will use an additional setting spray to lock in. If you enjoy healthy looking skin it is really awesome. I will also use after touching up my make up throughout the day and it really helps melt everything together. I will never go on holiday without a travel size. Lets just say i never miss a chance to buy multiple when on sale

This fix it product is part of my holy grail makeup collection. I use it before, during and after makeup application. I also use to blend with eye shadows. It keeps my skin hydrated and keeps my makeup from looking caky. Love it

light spray and quick drying

I absolutely love the formula of this spray! The glycerin is moisturizing and the fact its alcohol free is even better. Its hydrating, melts makeup into your skin and sets makeup beautifully. I have a full size bottle and a travel size for my purse because I love it so much.

I got this because I've never really liked my setting sprays and I love this one. It doesn't have a super strong smell and smells nice. The mist is very light so you don't feel like you have to wait for it to dry. I went to a rave and my makeup lasted all night
