Makeup Revolution Pro Blur Stick - Beige - 1.05oz

It really does smooth out my skin to give a soft even base for my makeup. It helps blur out the large pores on my nose. I use a small brush to apply on smaller areas of my face.

I was looking for a primer that I could wear on its own that would offer a “blurring effect” to my pores. Since this one is tinted, I thought it may also give a little bit of filtering or tone smoothing effect, but it did not. I was also hoping that it would mattify as well, but it did not either. The product feels slippery and a little greasy. After I applied the product I felt like my skin looked essentially the same, no blurring effect. The product feels like it’s sitting on my skin and gliding around. It feels like primer technology from over 10 years ago.

Don’t recommend. Not good quality.

It’s such a horrible product! So expensive and really not good at all. Leaves my foundation so streaky. Really disappointed.

I like the way it feels on my skin but it looks awful underneath makeup. My makeup also rubs off way sooner with this. Also, the stick is so big it’s difficult to fit in a makeup bag.

Tried this under 5 different foundations. Both water and silicone based and nothing can be layered on it. Maybe it’s that’s I have mature skin, but it seems odd that I can use a bunch of other products without issue, and as soon as I add this primer in the mix, everything starts breaking apart. Nothing will blend.

This product is completely unusable to me. It does blur at first but it does not layer with other products AT ALL. The second you try to blend out foundation or concealer, the blur stick separates and pulls all over. Absolutely awful.

Does NOT blend well, just smears and settles into creases. I dunno who’s using this successfully. Maybe teenagers. And I’m not a makeup novice. Hard pass. Also, it drags your skin to get it dispensed which is not what a mature woman is looking to do to her skin. Also, it’s not moisturizing at all.

Really like this product. Just saw it and tried it. Will continue. My face feels and looks smooth and soft. My face makeup seems to last and not look dry

Hard to apply, it dry my skin and make itchy.

LOVE this primer! I use it heavier in my shine zones when going for a no make up look and apply my bronzing lotion on top, super dewy and fresh look that lasts.

good if you have minimal pores, makes makeup last longer and doesn’t clog pores. something about the consistency and the fact it’s a jumbo stick makes it a little weird to apply around nose i feel like i have to apply by rubbing fingertips in the stick then applying to nose cause otherwise it’s just uncomfortable.

I think the positive vs. negative reviews depends on the additional products you use with this blur stick. I extremely dislike foundation, but I appreciate blurring and matifying products to give me "my skin but better" results. For this purpose, this product works great! I first fell in love with Milk Makeup's Blur Stick, and this is a great dupe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good primer, I like the dispenser, make sure you let it sink into your skin. It’s not magic tho, skin texture is still visible but it does provide a good base. I have large pores and it did a decent job at blurring them a bit

It didn't do anything. Just felt like a applied a sticky cream to my face. Didn't blur or minimize pores at all. My foundation was gone within a couple hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this! My skin looks so good with this on - sometimes I actually feel like I don't need concealer with this on, let alone foundation! Looks so natural yet helps perfect my skin with minimal effort. It feels slightly oily on my skin but actually looks pretty matte (in a nice, natural way), despite my naturally oily skin. I was a bit skeptical but it's definitely worth it!
