My time is very valuable and so I want to maximize it the best I can and Narwal has made it happen , it’s easy to use and powerful , it’s leaves my floors very clean and that’s so important too me !

What a fantastic wet vac. I've never had one and I will never go without again. The self-cleaning brush head feature and the easy digital interface are why I purchased this model and I'm so glad I did. We have dark brown LVP flooring and had no idea how dirty the floors really were until emptying black water. Goodbye hand-held mops. Love the trigger to easily ramp up the force of the cleaning. Lightweight, easy to swivel, picks up chunky and sticky messes, easy to charge and clean. Best-of on many lists, great sale price. Only con so far- dirty tank clasp could be a little more secure. Note- If you have pets I would still dry vac any areas that have tons of litter or pet hair first. Def recommend.

Total satisfaction as it does everything by design. In particular, I like the self cleaning and self drying function of the roller.

Fabulous! Gets floors really clean. It’s a bit slow but all in one step (there really is no need to sweep first) which I love. It’s also very quiet and I love that it cleans and dries itself afterward.

I was skeptical about buying this wet/vacuum and it has exceeded my expectations. It works really good and I have a dog that sheds a lot and it cleans the hardwood floors really well.

My search for the perfect vacuum mop is over. I have owned so many crappy vacuum mops, ie. bissell, hoover.., they were all a waste of money. This vacuum is beautiful, the handling, the weight, the fact that it disinfects the roller brush, the way it cleans is bar none. I am over the moon with my purchase and I have had it for months now and no complaints, none whatsoever, this vacuum is nothing like I have ever seen and owned. Thank you Narwal for this amazing vacuum mop.

I first bought a different brand, but it arrived broken, so I had to return it. Honestly, it felt way too flimsy, and I didn’t want to deal with that brand again. This time I went with the Narwal S20 PRO, and I couldn’t be happier. The Korean language support is amazing. I’m much more comfortable in Korean than English, so it made everything so easy. The water tank separates really well, which makes cleaning super simple, and the mop cleans itself automatically afterward, which is such a relief. I used to dread mopping because it was such a hassle, and those products aren’t cheap either. But with Narwal, cleaning has actually become kind of fun. It gets everything done in one go, so I don’t have to worry about leftover mess or extra effort. The durability and performance feel really solid, and the design is sleek and modern. You can tell they thought about every little detail, which I really appreciate. For what I paid, this is hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made. I have zero regrets choosing Narwal. It’s taken away my cleaning stress, saved me time and effort, and honestly made my life easier. I’m never going back to any other brand. Narwal has seriously made cleaning enjoyable.

Best purchase ever this machine beats my Tineco machine by a mile, the build quality and features are amazing.

This vacuum mop has made my life so much easier. I love how light it is. It’s self propelled which makes it a breeze to maneuver. I like that the battery last long enough to clean my whole house AND even long enough to self clean itself.

This little mop vac is amazing! It’s my first one and I did a lot of research before purchasing. There are some really good YouTube videos that show how well it works. And I have found the same thing. I haven’t had to clean up any solid/liquid messes yet, but it’s done a great job of picking up a lot of dog hair while getting my floors clean!

I took advantage of Narwal's recent sale to upgrade my vacuum mop. The Narwal S20 Pro beats my old one in every way. In my opinion, key advantages are: 1) cleaning solution is mixed automatically, 2) edge to edge cleaning, 3) less water used in cleaning process, which means less times to refill the clean water tank and to empty the dirty water tank, and 4) machine's ability to lie flat to get under beds, cabinets, etc. Some concerns include: 1) durability, it's a new, so no issues yet, but time will tell, and 2) battery life, rechargeable batteries don't last forever. How long until it stops recharging and are they replaceable? Again, time will tell. Overall though, I'm happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vacuum mop.

I love how it talks to me and tells me what it’s doing! I don’t feel like I have to use a separate vacuum anymore.

I bought and I AM IN LOVE! Cleans great, absorbs everything! Love how it devides the dirt from the dirty water making it an easier cleaning when done using it. 10/10 definitely recommend and this is coming from a professional house cleaning for more than 10 years cleaning and I have never in my life seen a gadget that is worth it’s value.

I have tried other dry/wet vacuums and this is by far the best one. It has great suction, the water comes out with every stroke, it tells you where the floor is more dirty, the water needs to be changed, when it's cleaning, it's self propelling, and the battery lasts a decent amount of time. I do wish the clean water tank was bigger. I have to refill it about 2 times just to do my downstairs. I have no carpet downstairs, but the battery usually lasts the whole time. I found that if I stand the handle up, it says "cleaning paused", that usually makes the battery last longer. I have found that it will say that I have to clean it in the middle of vacuuming before I can finish, which is a little annoying. I don't do the whole cleaning process, just enough to get the roller clean. I'm not exactly sure why it can't make it through my entire vacuuming and then have me clean it. Other than those few things, I can't think of a negative. I'm really glad I watched reviews before purchasing and chose this dry/wet vacuum. I would definitely purchase it again and probably other products from this company. My husband on the other hand, thinks the price is too much. ;)

I am amazed how wonderful this vacuum/mop cleaner performs. I have a lot of tile and I would spend hours cleaning. First vacuuming and then using a mop and 2 buckets, emptying the water constantly so my floors were clean. This has changed everything. It is so easy to use and does it all. All you have to do is guide it over the floor. I was a little concerned I wouldn’t understand what to do as I find myself technologically challenged, but I easily figured it out and it helps that it talks to you! I highly recommend you try it!
