Q: Does this have melatonin in it? It is not listed in the ingredients and the woman with the 1 star said it did'nt and the answer given back never defended it, saying it did.

Q: There is not a lower dose offered that isn’t a gummy. Can you split this tablet with a pill splitter and take half?

However, if the tablets are difficult to swallow, they may be crushed and mixed with yogurt, applesauce, or a beverage that is not hot. Do not take without doctor consultation
I have been dealing with post menopausal symptoms particularly struggling with sleeping through the night. A friend suggested I try a melatonin supplement about an hour before bed, and even recommended the Nature Made brand for the price and quality. They said it worked great for them, to help them fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. And they didn’t mention any reactions or side effects. Well I tried it last night, just one tiny pill and it made me SO SICK! Within fifteen minutes I felt really nauseous and minutes later I was vomiting. And I have had a terrible headache all day today. I have never had such an immediate reaction to any medication or supplement in my life. I accept complete responsibility though because after being so sick I read the full label and it clearly says to consult with a physician before taking. I’m just wondering why this is sold over the counter if it is so strong and can cause strong reactions? Not for me, I do not recommend based on my experience.

Horrible nightmares! Wide awake the whole night! Do not recommend!
Felt like I was in a weird state, like half awake half asleep, for a long time before falling asleep. Had scary and horrific nightmares the whole time I was asleep. I don’t think I was even asleep for an hour before I woke up and was wide awake and unable to fall back asleep for the rest of the night.

Natural over non natural every time
This brand of natural melatonin is the best I’ve ever tried. It works way better than any melatonin gummy’s I have ever tried in my life. Stronger, no grams of sugar, works faster, gives me better quality of sleep and I will be resorting to this melatonin for a long time.

I bought this while traveling to the USA to fight jet lag, but it does not work really well on me : fall asleep 3 or 4 hours after taking it and sleep only a few hours, then wake up with weird nightmares. Is it possible to get the ingredient list, I suspect that I might be réacting to some of the components…

When I ran out of my supply of Nature Made Melatonin, I purchased a store brand with the same dose. The difference was very disappointing. I discarded the tablets and returned to Nature Made. I trust Nature Made to provide safe products.

Not what I expected
Doesn't kick in quickly. Doesn't keep me asleep more then 3 hours. I like the chewable ones better. My husband got nightmares with this one. The other kind is 10mg but we always cut them in half.

Useless
Absolute garbage. I haven't slept well in over a week because this product is bogus. As soon as I tried a different brand I went right to sleep. I'm pretty sure there is no melatonin in this product.

These work great!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have trouble sleeping alot. I usually toss and turn alot and just don't get good quality sleep. I've tried taking other medicines to help me sleep but it leaves me with a groggy feeling the next day. So I tried this melatonin and it worked great! I took it about 10 minutes before I was ready for sleep and I could feel it working. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I slept the whole night. And felt refreshed! AndI feel comfortable taking this on a daily basis.

Wow! This stuff really helps you sleep!!!
Best nights sleep I’ve had in 4 years!!!! I’ve never taken melatonin and I’m regretting not trying it sooner. I took a half pill and was out within 30 minutes. I slept 6 straight hours and feel so rested without grogginess.

It works!
It works! I fell asleep within 20 minutes. I've read in Science Daily about most brands of melatonin not being the amount on the bottle, but Nature Made is certified by the U.S. Pharmacopeia.
