Q: Can it make a regular cup of coffee too?

A: The largest coffee the Citiz&Milk brews is the a Lungo Nespresso capsule, which is poured to 3.75 ounces. Lungos are recommended if you would like a more substantial amount of coffee. The Citiz&Milk does not brew larger cups or other types of coffee.

A: Thanks for your inquiry, Kelly. You can brew Nespresso's Original Freddo Delicato and Freddo Intenso, both created to brew iced coffee over ice, or any of your favorite blends over ice. As your espresso brews, you can froth your milk for a cappuccino and whip it for a latte using the cold setting on the Aeroccino milk frother, when you hold your finger down on the button until the light turns blew, then release your finger to froth on the cold setting. When you press and release the button on the frother, the light will appear red for the hot setting. Enjoy creating your favorite, delicious recipe drinks with the CitiZ and Milk machine! The possibilities are endless!

A: Thanks for your inquiry. We will gladly provide you with our recommendations to clean your Aeroccino Milk Frother of your CitiZ & Milk Machine. After each milk froth, once you've poured the milk and froth into your cup, we recommend immediately taking your device to the sink, and removing the magnetized whisk. Rinse the whisk and set it to the side. Get a damp sponge and wipe the milk residue out of the device, then rinse the device with cold tap water, until it's cool to the touch inside, which cools the heating element down. Dry your device, place the whisk back inside, and set it back onto the base to froth milk for your next beverage or leave the device on the base for storage. Enjoy creating delicious coffee recipes with your CitiZ & Milk machine! The possibilities are endless!

A: Thank you for your question. We are happy to inform you, the Citiz&Milk was assembled in China using genuine Nespresso parts manufactured in Switzerland. We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance.

In the past I have struggled with making acceptable coffee at home! Usually ended up burying one from a Cafe. Since purchasing my Nespresso I have been enjoying my coffee at home and had some wonderful flavours to choose from. I no longer buy my coffee from a Cafe and the money I save goes towards new and different flavoured pods.Love it.

We have had two of these and both work great for about a year. But after a year h they ave leaked and both milk frother stopped working months after use. The first one we were told it was out of warranty and we must have done some damage as we didn't use the Nespresso brand pods... The 2nd one that was a present last the same and now more water goes onto the bench then it does for your coffee. Noisy machine but that's not much a of big deal.

We love this machine. Easy to use and a large range of pods to choose from. The only issue we have, is when frothing milk with the spring in, the milk always overflows even though we fill only to the max line. We now no longer use the spring so it doesn’t overflow. Just don’t get the foam for a cap but not a big deal.

I really enjoy using the Nespresso Citiz. The design looks great on my coffee bar, very modern and upscale. It’s super easy to use, which is perfect for my busy mornings. I just need to pop in a pod and you get a smooth, flavorful espresso in no time. It feels well-made and has held up nicely with daily use, and the machine super easy to clean. I also appreciate that the pods are compact and easy to find. It’s a great machine that delivers quality coffee with style and save a lot of morning time for me. Highly recommend if you want convenience and good taste in one.

This is my 1st coffee machine, pod or otherwise, trying to move from powdered pkt cappuccinos. Still experimenting trying to find the perfect mix, but I love the variety of blends, and ease of use. Very user friendly, and amazing rich flavours are a revelation. I like the milk warmer too, although I would appreciate a larger volume for my oversized needs. The only real complaint I have (which I suspect may actually be a fault in my machine), is the obnoxiously loud noise it makes when dispensing the shots: a significantly noticeable and distracting vibration from the machine, to the point the whole thing is literally shaking and vibrating the counter. I’d assumed this must (unfortunately) just be normal operation, but reading other reviews here, i get the impression my machine is unusually loud. It is on the edge of being a deal breaker for me (on this machine, not pods in general), as it’s a bit disconcerting, but I guess we’ll see how it goes. Still seems to function fine, and that function is satisfactory for my needs. Now I just need to figure out how to clone/replicate Nescafé instant strong cappuccino with natural ingredients ha!

This is my second Nespresso original line. I still have the first one - it is just off at a family member’s home now - still going strong after a DECADE of use. Easy to clean and descale with their kits that you can order along with a bin to keep used pods. Then you can UPS them back to Nespresso (for FREE) and they recycle the aluminum and compost the grounds. Makes a great cup of espresso or a “tall” lungo with a nice crema layer. Tons of flavor varieties from their website or other sources. Can even make an iced variant. I think the fact that this version doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles adds to the durability. There just isn’t a lot to go wrong with it. Highly recommend for a quick, but excellent cup of coffee!

The CitiZ Platinum runs quiet — no obnoxious screeching or grinding, just a clean hum that won’t wake the whole house. It feels solid. Not cheap plastic — real weight to it. The kind of build that says it’ll survive more than a couple of years on the counter. Brews fast. From off to espresso in under a minute. No time-wasting nonsense. Push the button, get your fix. Cleaning is dead simple. Pop out the tray, rinse it, done. No weird parts or deep clean gymnastics. Milk frothing (with the Aeroccino) is plug-and-play. Creamy foam, no steam wand drama. Just works. Bottom line: If you want a sharp-looking machine that doesn’t waste your time or sound like a jet engine, the CitiZ Platinum nails it.

This is from Nespresso’s original line which in my opinion of the two hands down the best. With an impressive. 19 high bar pressure system you’re Nespresso is made very quickly. Super quiet and the milk frother does both hot and cold mild 1 second for how two for cold. I recommend using heavy whipping cream, but a stomach ache prohibits me. Great coffee I had mine for a long time.

I know this brand is very popular coffee maker brand. It has nice designs and look organize. I used it in some hotel. But there was 1 time It did slowly and stuck water, it didn't work. We had to restart couple times.
