Always had issues sleeping, too much coffee, naps, bad habits, etc. melatonin only keeps me asleep for a few hours, but this one works wonders! Takes about 45/1 hr for it to really kick in. Stays a sleep and feels pretty good in the AM.

I have a hard time getting to sleep and this item works just as well as a name brand that cost a lot more. It works for me and the orice is great.

It did not work and caused uncomfortable grogginess

I have restless legs and was taking Tylenol PM every night to sleep. But after using this I will never go back! It only has the Diphenhydramine and nothing else so I don’t have to worry about liver damage from the nightly use.

Sometimes I can take just a half dose and it helps.

Really helps me sleep. I take one about 45 minutes before I go to bed. They work very well for me. If I take 2 I feel groggy the next day. I have a hard time going to sleep but these really help with that.

Does anyone else have weird dreams involving celebrities being background extras on a tv show that’s all about you, or is it just me?

Really works, but need to have enough time for a full nights sleep because it will knock you out. And long term use of this medication leads to weight gain. I had unexplained weight gain and finally determined that long term use of an antihistamine causes weight gain. Be aware!

The bottle was impossible to open. Yes, I pushed down as I twisted the cap, to no avail. I'm not the strongest person, but I shouldn't have to struggle this much to open a bottle.

Just as good as name brand

I like these better than melatonin. I fall asleep faster and am not groggy at all upon waking.

I want to like these, but I honestly can’t tell if they work. I use them on vacations or when I’m really stressed out. They don’t always keep me asleep and I often have wild, scary dreams.

Just buy the allergy version that is identical but half the price

Boy, was I wrong. These things are like being hit with a tranquilizer dart meant for a rhino. I took one caplet as directed, 30 minutes before bed. At first, it was lovely—a gentle drift into drowsiness. But then it hit me like a ton of bricks. My eyelids slammed shut, and I was OUT. Not your average sleep, but a deep, coma-like slumber that could withstand a rock concert in my bedroom. Morning came, but I did not. My alarm blared, my cat meowed, the sun shone brightly, yet I remained in a sleep-induced stupor. It was 11 12:15pm by the time I managed to peel myself off the bed, feeling like I'd been through a sleep marathon. Every muscle resisted movement, and my brain was in a fog. Coffee was my savior as I tried to remember what day it was. In conclusion, if you need a solid 12 hours of uninterrupted sleep and don't mind waking up feeling like you've been in a deep freeze, these caplets are your go-to. They're incredibly effective but come with serious morning-after consequences. Ideal for weekends or if you plan to hibernate. I’d say take half a caplet lol. **P.S.:** Side effects may include bizarrely vivid dreams and the inability to wake up on time. Use at your own risk and with a very loud alarm clock!

This is the same as the allergy relief pill but the company is charging you $2 more because it says nighttime. Read the ingredients and don’t be fooled.

So they work…BUT these thing will put you in a coma basically and it’s hard to wake up the next day and your very drowsy I mean they get you to sleep but idk if I’d recommend the bottle says take two but they are way to strong to be taking two every night
