I see all of people have issues with leaking I don’t not sure what they could be doing wrong. Wish coffee was stronger over ice, and the biggest downfall is the measurements! You press 10 oz and it give you maybe 6oz which is upsetting 😥

I've had this machine for almost a year. At first it worked fantastic,loved it. For the past few months it takes a very long time to brew my 12 oz cup . K pods no longer work even though I've cleaned everything as instructed. Very disappointed!

Black Mold
All of our family has been getting sick and my husband went to clean out all of the water tanks in our house and on our coffee machines. There is Black Mold growing in the little clear piece at the bottom. There is no way to access the inside to clean it as it’s screwed on permanently and no way to access the screws to screw it off. Basically a loss cause for the machine. I called and they offered to send a replacement water reservoir, but I had to pay the shipping. Your product is making my kids sick when they drink tea, and us sick when we drink coffee because we are drinking mold and you want to send me a product that’s going to do the same thing ? No thanks.

Purchased 2 with one as a gift. Wanted flexibility to make a full pot sometimes. Bought a Keurig... had many in the past. Just made the first cup... hands down this Ninja is sooo much better. Coffee is hot and not lukewarm like the Keurig. Plus the coffee tastes so much better Now trying to find the best Ninja with full pot capability. Not liking the reviews on the Ninja versions tho. But so far love all of my many Ninja products. Thoughts / ideas welcomed for sure

Attack of the Ninja coffee maker
We have had this coffee maker about 3 weeks. I was living the frother, which was one of the selling points and was very happy with my bougie new coffee maker until this morning when it tried to blind and kill me. With my old Keurig I could run the same pod twice to get a bigger cup. I usually did a large and a small. This morning my ninja only gave me a 1/2 cup of coffee so I hit brew again. It made some horrible noises and I decided that I was going to have to put another pod in so I touched the top to open the pod area. The top blew open and threw hot grounds all over me. Evidently the machine had created a vacuum and when I touched the lid, it was enough to blow the lid up. If those hot grounds had hit my eye or face it would have been very bad. Needless to say the trustee Keurig is back on my counter.

Poor Product / Exploding Pods
I bought my coffee maker in June and it worked fine until about a month ago. Then the coffee pods started exploding. It's happened with several different kinds of pods. I would not recommend purchasing this coffee maker. Very disappointed.

My Honest Review.
Absolutely horrid experience. Have been through so many machines but never one as fast as this one. It broke down in under a month making loud buzzing noises and continuing to run after the cycle ends. And support was not helpful either from the manufacturer!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Definitely do not buy because it will potentially get unsafe for you.

Disappointed
I wanted to love this machine. I was so excited to get it. Love the look. But twice, the grounds from the K-cup have exploded making an absolute mess. I push the k-cup down before closing the lid. It’s brand new so should not be an issue of the pin not being clean. Machine is only 3 days old I’ll be returning it.

FIRE HAZARD!!!
Purchased this coffee maker in 2024 - needed to be replaced January 2025. This unit caused a fire in my home, destroyed almost all my belongings and killed my 6 pets. DO NOT BUY

Explodes pods, grounds everywhere
I received this as a gift and loved it while using grounds, but ever since I switched to pods this is the worst coffee maker I’ve ever had. It has exploded grounds all over my kitchen on multiple occasions, puts grounds in my coffee cup regularly, and during one of its most recent explosions, it burnt my husband’s hand. Not very happy with this coffee maker.

It leaks from the bottom. Please do not buy this. Not only did the coffee machine suck because it leaked, it has damaged my coffee stand and warped the wood underneath it.

Exploded on me
I was pleased with this product until this morning. I do exactly as I’m supposed to - ensuring only bottled water is used, inspecting the unit after each use to ensure it is clean. I put a pod in this morning and selected 12 oz and hit “brew”. Well within moments the top was lighting up, flashing and there was smoke billowing out from the area with the pod. I turned it off and opened the top (thinking I need to do something to prevent a full blown fire from occurring) and very hot coffee grounds EXPLODED all over myself and my kitchen. I have a burn on my arm and stains on my walls now.
