[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the nectar as a detangling pre poo on wet and dry hair. I find it works best on slightly damp hair. Just lightly spray your hair with water and apply the nectar. Your knots with melt away, and you can finger detangle or use a comb. I want to try using it as a leave in. I saw one of the Glam Twins tried it this way.

I had minimal shedding and I was very, very pleased with the ease of the product. My hair was very manageable during the shampoo process. As a first time user I will be purchasing this item again. I am extremely pleased with the results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally use the detangling nectar after I wash my hair, and it helps me be able to comb and brush my hair without any tangles, regardless if my hair is wet or dry. It also makes it easier for me to spend less time styling my hair.

I dont feel that it took a whole lot to work and it have great slip. I did only use the missing spray bottle and this to daughters prior to shampooing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great for fine 3B/3C hair! My hair needs a lot of moisture and tangles easily. Using this has really cut my detangling time in half. The comb glides through my hair. I like that the smell is very light and that it’s not too heavy on my hair. I can’t use the leave in cream because it’s too heavy but this is perfect. I’ve been following up with the styling custard for hold and I’ve been really happy with my results!

I have type 4a, high porosity hair. Detangling is the bane of my existence. THIS STUFF IS MAGIC. It has a very slimy gel texture, but it melts through tangles like nothing else. I had my crochet braids in for 6 weeks recently and did not shampoo like I should've (I'm a working mom of a toddler, life's crazy!) so the gel and shed hair had formed all these knots throughout my hair. I couldn't get a comb or brush through out. After using this, I was able to get most of them out with my fingers and the rest came out with my Tangle Teezer brush without ripping out a bunch of my other hair with it. The only downside is that I don't care for the smell- it doesn't linger but when you put it on, it's very strong. However, I was also using a lot of product due to the circumstances. On a regular wash day, I would probably need half the amount or less. Lastly, since my hair is high porosity I found that this product absorbs and dries quickly. But applying water to your hair will reactivate it, no need to keep layering on more.

The Detangling Nectar helps break-down product build-up and the extra slip is amazing for detangling knots within my coils. Detangling nectar helps me stop breakage when detangling. This product has helped my hair from shedding and helped with my length retention! I/WE need this in JUMBO! Love you Tracee!
