Otherwise, these pads are very effective - very absorbent, no leakage…definitely would try in the future, just not the very long pads..

They were also a lot longer than I expected and it felt like it was going half way up my back. They are a nice, soft cotton material rather than the more plastic feeling pads other brands make. I usually wear these for working out when I am lifting heavy because I have started to leak, but these are not the ones I would use moving forward. They are just too long and thick for me.
