Made me Nauseated

These made me nauseated and I'm not even pregnant (I take a prenatal since they have more iron than a multivitamin). I've tried them with and without food and away from other meds and supplements. Today tried them on an empty stomach then starting eat lunch and felt so nauseated I then threw up. Maybe I'm sensitive to an ingredient and if so I wish I knew what. The smell is also off putting. I can't tell if they work as I didn't take them long and am stopping now. Hopefully it's not a problem for most people, but I thought folks should know.

Fishy

They check all the boxes for prenatal nutrition but, honestly, they’re suuuuuper fishy. It’s hard enough to swallow a big pill during the first tri, but the smell and taste make it a whole other level of difficult. Ready to try something else once these are gone!

Easy to swallow

I'm not someone who can easily swallow pills bigger than a gel capsule, so multi vitamins usually need to be cut up or be a gummy. These were an average capsule size and go down easily with some water.
