Best Brownie Mix
I have made homemade brownies for many years using a really good NYT recipe. These are just as good as that recipe. I use butter instead of oil (1/3 cup melted butter) because I think it improves the flavor and texture. I also use coffee instead of water (1/4 cup) because coffee really enhances anything chocolate.
