Yuck! The previous mix was superior.

These have always been a favorite of mine. What in the world have you done to the mix?! The taste of this has changed for the worse. I added fresh blueberries as I’ve always done and feel like those were wasted along with the $ I spent to buy the mix. Please bring back the previous mix.

No Longer the same

They used to be a deeper color, better texture and more flavorful. Now they are almost bright white in color, cakey texture without the same deep flavor. They taste like the Martha White brand now, which I have never liked. Change it back!!

Hello! I believe baking the muffins in a non stick light colored cupcake pan at 400 degrees is too hot. I set the timer for 15 minutes and took the muffins out of the oven a minute 15 seconds early. They appeared to be getting too brown on the top and I was concerned they would be dry. My oven bakes very accurately. I suggest testing the mix at 375 degrees because it may bake better. Delicious!

I add one semi-ripe banana to this recipe and a touch of cinnamon. Milk instead of water. Best muffins and quick! Add more toasted pecan bits to them with some fresh orange rind. Yum. I like to bake longer on a slightly lower heat for golden brown perfection. We eat them for a breakfast or snack.

Kids loved them

Used real blueberries, these were excellent! I wish the recipe used less oil, but I guess at that point just make your own. Great quick mix! I think it’s great a little can came with the mix. Be sure to rinse them- I used these in another mix and they were a great size for muffins.
