This is more for the handling of the item by the drive up team than anything, but every time I get this a good portion of it ends up in the bag spilled out! Either they are being too rough with handling it or the caps leak. Either way I’m paying for an item that is defective

Top was snapped off and was no where in the box. It was done at shipping site. There was leakage, lost about one fourth of product. The person secured the top with zip tie really tight at the top but it did not stop leaking. Since I still had small amount of product left in use, I switched tops so I could close it on the newly purchased bottle.

"Dawn 50% less scrubbing new clean scent" is now an awful product. We've used the original for probably 40 years. I don't think I'll be able to buy it again. They've done something to the fragrance and not only does it smell terrible, especially while in hot water, now the fragrance stays on my pans after they're completely rinsed squeaky clean, dried, and allowed to sit for several days. Pull out the pan and put it on the stove heat and the fragrance is still there permeated into the pan and of course now assumed to be in my food. Will be checking to see if the fragrance transfers to water cooked in the pan. Won't buy it again and I cannot recommend it. Why change a good product? Do you know how to go back?

To remove the scent from your pans, soak them in hot water with some distilled white vinegar added to it, or if they're dishwasher safe, pour some vinegar into the bottom of the dishwasher and directly into the dispenser, then run them through the machine. It may take a couple of cycles, but the smell will come out. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we hope you'll give Dawn another try. We have a variety of scents if the the one you have no longer meets your needs, including an unscented version called Dawn Free and Clear, Unscented. Dawn dish soaps New Clean Scent stinks, after I use it I have to wash my hands and switch out my dish rag because they smell like a musty basement. I have used dawn forever, I can't even remember what I used before dawn but I will find something else as I will never purchase this stinky trap again. Thanks for nothing.

This dish soap is the most helpful thing especially if you have pets! It’s a great value for your money and very effective. I use this daily for my dishes and monthly for my pets baths. It’s very environmentally friendly and multipurpose which makes it very convenient! Packaging is convenient and reusable.

It smells so strongly and I don’t like the scent it leaves on my dishes. But I’m willing to try the cleaner alternative in the clear bottle. I use it to wash my dogs when they have flees it’s very effective for that because it’s cleaning power is that strong. Dishes? I’ll soak in hot water and scrub better rather than risk ingesting all of the harmful chemicals in this product.

Extensive research and consumer testing goes into our products to create appealing features, and our products undergo stringent quality controls to ensure performance and safety. When the soap scent lingers on your dishes, there could be a few potential causes for this happening. Over time, dish soap buildup can accumulate on dishes, especially if they’re not rinsed thoroughly or if too much soap is used. Also, if you have hard water, it can interfere with the effectiveness of the soap and leave behind residue. In cases of hard water, using a water filter may help. As well, it’s important to know that our dish soap is not intended as a long-term (overnight) soaking solution. For best results, add about 2 tablespoons of dish soap to the sink, then add water that’s 105-115°F. Finally, be sure to rinse the dishes thoroughly with clean water. While we're glad you've found our dish soap an effective remedy to combat fleas on your dogs, we do recommend that you consult your vet for advice on washing your pet to not upset their natural chemistry.
