  • A: Is the iron considered Ready when the red light is On or Off? It constantly goes off and On. Is my iron BROKE because the grey switch for the steam only goes to the right and and in order for it to stay left I have to hold it is that normal. I threw my directions away by mistake? Oh and the white steam button do I have to keep pressing it for the steam to come out. Please advise. Thank you.

  • A: Thank you for your question, Feng. This iron features a 3-way automatic shutoff. Movement usually resets the iron to begin heating but some irons have a reset button. Please note that the iron is still “ON” or in the standby mode until you actually turn it off and unplug the iron. The handle of the iron will remain warm since the iron is still drawing current and the electronics are still working (energized). Only the sole plate is cold.

I would not have purchased if I had known this. Would not recommend due to the safety concern.

    Heats up so quickly

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this steam iron. I tend to buy the adhesive iron on patches to use on jean jackets and this iron heats up so quickly! I can completely my jackets in minutes vs hours. It’s practically leak proof too which is a plus and super light weight.
