    Changed formula :(

    I have a rare form of cancer that causes severe skin dryness. For years, this Eucerin moisturizer was the only product that provided real relief, and I became a loyal customer. Unfortunately, the recent formula change has been devastating. I was hopeful it was just updated packaging, but the difference is unmistakable. The new formula simply doesn't work the same way. It's not as thick or as moisturizing. I'm now searching stores to stock up on any remaining old formula products. After years of finding something that worked, I'm heartbroken at the prospect of having to start over with a new moisturizer search. Please consider bringing back the original formula or at least offering it as an alternative option.

    My eczema is pretty much outta here!!!

    I don’t normally review products but this made such a huge difference to my eczema. My eczema is almost gone after consistently applying this cream 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night). It has only been less than a week and I am grateful to have this in my household permanently especially during the cold and dry season.     Changed formula

    I was a big fan of this until the recent obvious formula change. While only a packaging change was stated, I can feel that it has become much less thick and less effective. It was the only thing that helped my eczema prone skin, and now it is no longer working. If there is any thicker lotions, I would happily try them, but for now my skin is suffering.

    Best lotion ever

    The whole family deals with dry hands every winter, but my son gets eczema on his hands and face and says aquaphor burns his cheeks. It barely helped anyway, so this year I started trying other things. I'm beyond impressed with this. His hands and face are HEALED after just a few days of using once a day. His doctor was so impressed and made me give her the information. My hands have never been better and I put it on once and it lasts through handwashing, but never feels greasy. Just soft. I'm buying one for every room and vehicle so it's always nearby and we never run out.

    FAKE PRODUCT

    Non-stinging, hydrating cream

    Was searching for a cream that is good value relative to its size, as well as one that would help the eczema on my face. While many creams sting my face, this one has not stung at all, even with the addition of my cosrx and roundlab toner and serum. Smell is mild and ingredients are minimal--which is what someone with sensitive skin should look for.

    Does not seem to help dishydrotic eczema

    I’ve been using Aveeno for my itchy, dry skin and only certain parts of my body. I was recently diagnosed with dishydrotic eczema. My doctor suggested that I buy a heavy cream so I decided to try this. It did not help with the itching at all. It just made my skin super greasy, and made my hands sweat excessively. I was not happy with this. In fact, while wearing this cream on my hands, I itched so bad that I was rubbing my hands till they turned bright red. I had to wash this off. I am switching back to my Aveeno which Instantly stopped the itching. This is going to be returned.
