    Open carefully

    I'm sure the flour is good, but the delivery was horrendous. I put the box o my dining room table and carefully cut the tape. When I pulled back the flaps of the box, flour flew everywhere. There had been an explosion in the box because the flour bag was torn in half. I know I didn't do it because there was plenty of room between the bag and box; the rip was as if someone tore into it. The sad thing is there was a plastic bag holding the flour bag but nobody sealed it. The box of cake flour that it was shipped with probably caused the explosion during shipping. Next time I'll open over my sink

    I use King Arthur whole wheat, all purpose, white bread, and self-rising flours. I keep spare bags of each so I don't run out. I bake our bread, buns, treats, etc.
