Looks nice. Stem is very thin compared to the size of the lamp shade. Its probably impossible to tighten the segments of lamp stand tight enough so it looks straight. It looks you tried to make a wet noodle look straight. I would return it but I rarely return things and need to think on it..

Nice modern look, but too many design flaws
I really wanted a modern torchiere lamp to brighten up our room. Unfortunately, it will not be this one. The light bulbs stick out about an inch and a half from the top of the lamp, which to us, looks odd and doesn't show in the online picture. I had thought the cord coming out of the bottom few inches of the main pole (rather than out through the bottom so you couldn't see it) seemed strange...and it is. Also, the cord is black, rather than clear, and stands out too much from our light colored flooring. Additionally, the center post is so slim, the whole thing wobbles for a bit after you turn it on or off. And lastly, the light bulbs flicker (which in fairness, could just be our bulbs.)

This is a great looking lamp. It is a bit shaky like others have mentioned . FOR THE price you pay , one would expect a better quality . The only issue I had with it is that a regular A10 bulb will peek through the top of the lamp which makes it look weird so I switched to a 60 W A15 bulb which makes it less bright but worked well for my space.

Horrible. Knob to turn the light on/off came off within a few months of purchase but since I didn't want to mess with returning it I attempted to use without. Light became increasingly hard to turn on and now less than a year one of the connecting poles is striped so it cant stand upright.

Like this one, got it on sale for practically nothing. Great style, quality about what you'd expect for the $$. I'm 6' 2" tall and would have to stand on my toes to see the top of the bulbs. Love the shade style.

Actually a pretty great lamp- one star off because it's not the most sturdy piece of lightning. We tucked it into a corner and are hoping that nothing will bump into it, because it does sway a little bit. The lamp does give a good lighting effect to the living room!

Looks just like the picture. Took off one star because my shade was lopsided and isn’t straight. Still haven’t found a way to straighten it though. The styrofoam from the packaging was crazy messy. Takes 2 lightbulbs. I used LED 100W equivalent bulbs and it is bright. There are 2 settings (low and high). Low is a dim version of both lightbulbs and high is the max of both lightbulbs.

For a cheap lamp, this one is pretty nice. The fabric shade feels like good quality, and there's a (plastic) diffuser screen so you're not blinded when sitting under the lamp. Still, two of the pieces didn't screw together very well for me, despite many, many attempts. It's ok, just a little wobbly at that joint. But for the money, it's fine.

Decent lamp - not quite as sturdy as I was hoping and you can see on of the light bulbs poking up over the top. I tried to adjust the angle, but it doesn't want to budge and I'm afraid to push too hard and break it. I do like that there are 2 options for how bright you want it. Overall it fits fine in our smaller living room and we needed something in a pinch. It probably won't make the move with us to our next apartment.

Funky mod floor lamp
Funky modern floor lamp. Love that the switch is at the top of the lamp and not on the cord. Takes 2 light bulbs up to 150 watts each, so it really provides a lot of light. The lamp shade is an interesting shape, and it has a filter just below the shade that keeps you from getting bulb burn if you are sitting below the lamp and look up. Easy to assemble to boot.

Great Design
Love the lamp but too small for the area I wanted to use it. The lamp shade looks inverted giving it it's unique shape. Not a living room type lamp, could be better served as a nursery lamp. Maybe bigger/heavier rods, even at a higher price point would make this lamp a 5 star purchase.
