I’ve been using the unflavored version of this for about a month and I can truly tell the difference! I have OCD and am on an anti anxiety medication and I feel like this really helps boost it. They changed the magnesium to magnesium carbonate which is only 30% bioavailable, compared to magnesium citrate that they used to use which is 90% bioavailable. So if you buy this product just know you need to take a LOT more to get the same benefits.
