    Q: I recently bought a Harry's razor and razor blades. Inside the packaging was a small card offering four free blades. I am unable to access the free offer even though I have registered with the Target website. How do I do this?

    • A: NOTE: Unless you have a Target RED Card OR an actual CREDIT CARD you are NOT able to use this offer! No matter what you select or how much is on your Target GIFT CARD, there will ALWAYS be $.01 remaining that you cannot put on a regular DEBIT card! Those are the only 2 options available to you: (1) RED Card or (2) CREDIT Card. I refuse to use credit cards and don't want another card - especially when it's only good at Target - so people like me will be blocked from utilizing this offer.

    • A: They may be having some difficulty with this at present. I had to contact support (near the bottom use help -> contact us then 'chat') and walk them through the issue. The representative (who was very nice about it all) finally just applied the discount manually.

    Q: Are the Harry's refill blades still coming in heavy-duty plastic packaging?? I see that Flamingo refills come in cardboard packaging (yay!), what's the timeline to move Harry's blades to this model?

    • A: We definitely understand your concern, Sarah. Caring about the environment is important to us, and that's why the majority of our packaging is recyclable, so we hope you'll take full advantage of that. We recently removed plastic from our retail Handle packaging, which will save 100 tons of plastic every year. It’s now made of 50% recycled paper and is 100% recyclable. We have more exciting innovations in the pipeline, too. Regarding the rest of our current packaging, here are the plastic types: * 2 plastic- Shampoo & Conditioner * 4 plastic- Face Lotion and Post-Shave Balm * 5 plastic- Deodorant, Antiperspirant, Blade Box, and Travel Blade Cover Blade cartridges, being comprised of multiple materials, are a bit trickier to recycle efficiently. We don't have a process for recycling them right now. But it's definitely a topic that's on our minds, and we welcome all suggestions. Rest assured this is something we care strongly about, and we want to ensure we get it right. While it may seem simple on the surface, it is a complex process and we want to be sustainable in the long run, not just add a quick fix.     Q: Do the Harry’s razor blades fit onto the flamingo handle? I bought the flamingo razor (female version of Harry’s) and it was awful. The blades rusted immediately, etc. Harry’s has much better reviews so I’d like to try these blades out.

      When I first started using these razors last year in ‘25, now the blades cut me easily and seem to only last two or three shaves. I have very light facial hair and only need to shave once a week, these blades should last way longer.
