Q: I recently bought a Harry's razor and razor blades. Inside the packaging was a small card offering four free blades. I am unable to access the free offer even though I have registered with the Target website. How do I do this?
A: NOTE: Unless you have a Target RED Card OR an actual CREDIT CARD you are NOT able to use this offer! No matter what you select or how much is on your Target GIFT CARD, there will ALWAYS be $.01 remaining that you cannot put on a regular DEBIT card! Those are the only 2 options available to you: (1) RED Card or (2) CREDIT Card. I refuse to use credit cards and don't want another card - especially when it's only good at Target - so people like me will be blocked from utilizing this offer.
submitted byJake - 8 years agoA: They may be having some difficulty with this at present. I had to contact support (near the bottom use help -> contact us then 'chat') and walk them through the issue. The representative (who was very nice about it all) finally just applied the discount manually.

Q: Are the harry's blades sold at Target compatible with the new plus handles?
A: Great Question! Currently The new Plus handles are not compatible with the original blades sold at Target.

Q: Are the Harry's refill blades still coming in heavy-duty plastic packaging?? I see that Flamingo refills come in cardboard packaging (yay!), what's the timeline to move Harry's blades to this model?
A: We definitely understand your concern, Sarah. Caring about the environment is important to us, and that's why the majority of our packaging is recyclable, so we hope you'll take full advantage of that. We recently removed plastic from our retail Handle packaging, which will save 100 tons of plastic every year. It’s now made of 50% recycled paper and is 100% recyclable. We have more exciting innovations in the pipeline, too. Regarding the rest of our current packaging, here are the plastic types: * 2 plastic- Shampoo & Conditioner * 4 plastic- Face Lotion and Post-Shave Balm * 5 plastic- Deodorant, Antiperspirant, Blade Box, and Travel Blade Cover Blade cartridges, being comprised of multiple materials, are a bit trickier to recycle efficiently. We don't have a process for recycling them right now. But it's definitely a topic that's on our minds, and we welcome all suggestions. Rest assured this is something we care strongly about, and we want to ensure we get it right. While it may seem simple on the surface, it is a complex process and we want to be sustainable in the long run, not just add a quick fix. Q: Did Harry's change the moisture strip on the top of the razor? All of a sudden I have noticed that the strip seems to expand and scrape off of each new razor I use.
A: Great question! We’ve launched our new sharper blades, which includes a new and improved lubricating strip.This strip might seem a little thicker than it was previously, but it should make your shave better than ever before - and will keep your skin smooth, too. So don’t be alarmed if it gets a bit foamier than before! Just a quick note; we always recommend storing your in-use blades in an upright position, if possible, to encourage evaporation. Q: Are Harry's razors and blades cruelty free?
A: Hi Kim - yes they are! None of our products are tested on animals, and all except the hair putty are vegan (hair putty contains naturally derived beeswax).

Q: Can the 8 blade refills be used to shave my head?
A: Harry’s blades are designed to shave your face, not your head, so we recommend that you only use them to shave your face. We apologize for any disappointment!

Q: Can these or the 12 blades be used to shave my head? I see it is not recommended for the 5 blade.
A: Hi Robby, sorry for the delay! We don't recommend these blades are used for head shaving. We only make one type of cartridge, and it has been specifically designed for face shaving -- that's why we don't recommend it. Feel free to drop an email to help@harrys.com for more info!

Q: Do the Harry’s razor blades fit onto the flamingo handle? I bought the flamingo razor (female version of Harry’s) and it was awful. The blades rusted immediately, etc. Harry’s has much better reviews so I’d like to try these blades out.
A: Sorry to hear this! Yes, Harry's blades do fit Flamingo handles, and vice versa. Target has a comprehensive return/replacement policy for faulty products and they should be able to help, or you can also reach out to help@shopflamingo.com and one of the team will get you looked after.
