    Pump always gets stuck. You have to pull it up every time. Also, much shorter and awkward to push. Didn't think that out too well 😏 Very annoying. Had to transfer in a new bottle to use. Great cleanser otherwise.

    Bad pump

    The actual product is good. My face after cleansing feels nice and clean. But the pump is not designed properly. It is not good at all. It stays stuck and it makes it difficult to dispense the cleanser on to hands by not bouncing back how it should. Until the pump gets fixed will not be repurchasing.

    Poor pump design

    The product is ok but the failure of the pump will keep me from ever buying it again . I like the foam type cleansers and I thought maybe my last bottle was just faulty but the second nitrile did the same. The pump sticks and you can’t get the product out easily. It’s a pain and poor design

    Not the best for the oily girlies, but it is a goo

    I’m naturally an oily girly. So I use this face wash for the mornings only. It refreshes my face after a long night and it does not dry my skin out, which is always a plus. I love that it foams, but it is odorless. It’s perfect for normal or sensitive skin. My only grip is that it is difficult sometimes to use the pump because the pump gets stuck. Not a major flaw, but if the pump is broken, then obviously the product can’t be used.

    Decent face wash

    This face wash is gentle and foams well. I took one star off because I have other cleansers that leave my skin feeling cleaner. I feel more comfortable doing two washes with this face wash. I appreciate that this face wash is accessible to me and my location. The packaging seems secure. I just wish this did a better job cleaning my face especially as a makeup wearer.

It lathers beautifully and gives a satisfying just washed feeling without feeling to heavy. However after using consistently I did notice it started to dry out my skin. I do have very sensitive skin. Overall, it’s a lovely product in terms of texture and immediate results but for sensitive or dry- prone skin it may by worth using sparingly or paired with a really good moisturiser.

    Breakout and burning

    Caused a breakout and burning in less than a day. Normally use Cetaphil's Gentle Skin Cleanser and Daily Facial Cleanser (one or the other or a mixture), and when the gentle cleanser ran out I decided to try the foaming version, without realizing how different the ingredients are. Very bad choice for my skin!

    Perfect Face wash routine

    This is a very gentle cleanser and will not break your skin out. Cetaphil cleansers are super good for sensitive skin and have never given me any irritation. I use this one specifically because of the foaming and how easily it cleans everything off your face.
