Everything sticks to this pan and I have to scrub it every single time I use it for 15 minutes. All directions are followed, and it still doesn’t help. Worst pain I’ve ever owned.

Replaced all my other pans
I was a bit iffy going back to stainless steel after switching to non-stick a few years ago. Using this pan has been amazing so far! It’s a great size but still pretty lightweight, and I’ve gotten some great sears on the proteins I cook in it that I wasn’t getting in non-stick without overcooking the food. I’ve also changed my tune on putting pans in the dishwasher, so that fact that this pan is dishwasher safe makes it even better.

Edge/Rim is Sharp, be careful when using
Loved this pan for frying. BUT, the edge going around all the way of the rim is so so so sharp. I actually cut myself when washing it. Like sliced my finger good it was gushing blood. There's no reason the rim should be that sharp. I thought from a prominent brand this would be a good pan, but that is a huge flaw. Buyer beware.
