Great results
I've used this for over a year and have great results. I brush it on and leave for about 15 minutes. I don't have a lot of grays so this is perfect for me. It usually lasts a couple weeks to a month before the grays show again.

Pros: easy application, multiple use - just need new gloves for each subsequent application Cons: doesn’t work - I left it on for 20 minutes as instructed, then rinsed. Little to no gray coverage at all

Not worth the time nor money.
Zero gray coverage. I tried this twice. First time I followed the directions and left on for the allotted time. No cuverage of grays. The second time, I left it on for 45-60 minutes. Still no coverage of gray.

Very disappointing results- did not cover gray at all
Very disappointing results. I have black hair and it did not cover the little bit of gray around my face and hair line at all. I left it on for thirty minutes which was plenty of time. Do not recommend.

I would give this 0 stars if possible- left this on for 20 minutes- rinsed and conditioned as recommended only to towel dry my hair and have the towel turn brown- zero color on hair and a huge mess all over the towel- what a waste of time and money!

This does absolutely nothing to cover gray roots
There was absolutely zero change when using this product. It did not cover any of the gray roots at my temples. It was as if I had never even used it at all. Do not waste your money on this product.

What the other lady said: you have to follow the directions and do it on wet hair. don’t like is that it’s super red way more red than most of the choices in the same product line, so when you first touch up, it looks a little like you had a painting accident. I get around this by actually washing right after I dye.

Easy to use, looks great!
I’ve used it several times on my thick hair and I love it! I apply it to dry hair, leave it for 30-40 minutes, rinse out, and style. It’s easy to apply with the brush, no mixing, and no drip. I get 3 applications per tube.

This works if you wash hair first
This worked for me. It covered my stubborn grays/whites and as a bonus, permanently. With several washings they lightened, but never faded back to gray/white. Now I just do my roots every so often. One thing I noticed: applying on dry hair *doesn’t* work. I’m wondering if this is why there are so many bad reviews. What works for me: Wash with shampoo, then apply, starting with most stubborn spots. Leave on for 25 minutes. Rinse and use conditioner. Don’t use shampoo for at least a full day after. My hair is never dry or damaged from this product, and it’s inexpensive.

Great for easy touchups between colors
I love this product for what it is! I use it at week 2 &4 after I do a permanent hair dye. It's super easy to use! The tips of washing first and applying it to wet hair and then just rinse and don't wash again so extend the color! I get 3 uses out of 1 bottle and mainly just do my part and around my face. FYI: It's not a permanent dye and it's not going to be as effective in covering gray as a permanent dye. It's semi-permanent and will only last 7-10 washes so if you wash daily it won't last 2 weeks.
