I tried this one because the Hyaluron Pump was out of stock and I regret it so much! This combo of shampoo and conditioner dried my hair out terribly. I even used the hair mask in this line and still, my hair felt like straw. I had to cut a few inches off because they looked FRIED. I will never use this line again.

New Formula Is a Miss
I have been a loyal user of this product for every bit of 5 years. I have loved it. However, the recent formula change has been devastating. The smell is absolutely awful. At first I thought I’d accidentally grabbed my husband’s body wash because it smells like a man’s scent. Second, it makes my scalp itch in the worst way possible. Lastly, the build up it leaves is insane. I have NEVER had these issues. This is my third try with this new formula thinking maybe they needed time to get it right but I cannot keep using this bottle and will be throwing it out. I am so disappointed as I loved this shampoo/conditioner.

Forma changed for the worse
This was my go-to for years BEFORE they changed the formula. It now has an overpowering nasty floral scent and it does not leave my hair feeling soft like it used to. We are so dissapppinted because we were repurchasers of this for over 10 years before they changed the formula. Loreal, please please bring back the original formula!!

Our goal with any reformulation is to incorporate the latest hair science to better repair the five signs of damage, but we understand that the specific scent and texture of a beloved staple are just as important as its performance. To help restore some of that softness you're missing, you might try focusing the conditioner primarily on your mid-lengths to ends and leaving it to penetrate for a full three minutes before rinsing with cool water, which helps seal the cuticle for a smoother finish. Please know that your loyalty and your voice are incredibly important to us, and we are sharing your detailed feedback directly with our product development teams.

Disgusting Scent. Avoid Product!
The new scent is atrocious, absolutely disgusting in comparison to what it used to be, and my hair feels worse under using this newer shampoo and conditioner. And trust me, those around you can immediately tell. You’ll have people asking “why did you change shampoos?” even though it should be the same shampoo as always! It’s like using an inferior hair product now! Treat yourself, and find a better product under a different brand. To put it bluntly, I recommend avoiding L’Oréal until they change it back. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll purchase from them ever again, as it will be a gamble of whether they listened to feedback and the scent is changed back or not. They’ll respond to our reviews here with a copy and paste message, but nothing will change as long as people buy their products.

Product changed
This has been my go to shampoo and conditioner for years. I really feel like it helps, but as of late something is different about it. The fragrance of it has most definitely changed and I prefer the original fragrance over whatever this new one is. Really disappointed in the product change, I hope the original comes back.

PLEASE bring back the old formula/scent. This one is so strong and smells like I’m wearing perfume. It’s hard to go to sleep because this smell is overpowering. I don’t understand the change, it’s not a good change. The other reviewers agree on this. Please listen to your customers and make the change back to the old formula. I’ve use this for 10 years and I’m annoyed I have to search for other shampoos and conditioners now.
