  • A: It is safe to swallow a small portion of gel or any small amount of residue left after removal of the used Whitestrips. Please do not swallow the strip. No adverse effects will result from ingesting the peroxide gel. It will simply pass through your system without causing any damage. However, swallowing large amounts of peroxide can cause nausea and stomach irritation.

Q: I just ordered this. I understand there are 24 strips for a 12 days treatment. My question is, what is recommended in terms of how often one should do the treatment? One treatment every 6 months or once a year?

    Work well and very easy to use

    These strips are super easy to use and actually make a noticeable difference in whitening after a few uses. They stay in place well and are way cheaper than professional treatments. The only downside is they can cause some tooth sensitivity ( especially if you use them too often ).

    Good product

    This is only the second time I’ve used whitening strips, and I’m very impressed. They taste good, are easy to apply and remove, and the results are noticeable. I’m on day 7 with three days left, and my teeth already look much whiter and cleaner. I drink a lot of tea and fruit smoothies, which usually stain my teeth, but these strips have helped a lot. I also expected sensitivity from the hydrogen peroxide, but I haven’t had any issues so far. Great value and great results—highly recommend.

    Disappointed

    I am trying the crest white strips 7. When trying to remove some of the pairs of strips from the little blue pouch, they seem to stick to the inside of pouch. Not all of them were like that, but the ones that were did not seem to stick to my teeth properly. I have used the majority of the strips and the results are not what I had hoped.

    Great if you're trying to glow up in 2 weeks

    I'm using these as part of my glow-up for graduation in the next 2 weeks. Every time I've used them in the past have helped a ton with photos. Definitely follow directions and don't brush your teeth right before putting these on.

    I’ve been using these whitening strips for 3 years now and I always get compliments on how white my teeth are! I do not get sensitive after using this one either. Good deal + totally worth trying if you want to whiten!!

    Doesnt work

    They didn’t whiten my teeth at alllll and made my teeth very sensitive. They didn’t hurt during the treatments but a few hours later they would be sensitive when I would talk, breathe, go outside in the cold, etc. I waited a few days and tried again and the same issue happened.

This isn't harmful. The irritation is temporary and will subside, and there are steps you can take to reduce/eliminate this sensitivity. It is okay to use 3D White Whitestrips over a longer period of time by waiting a day between applications, as you already have done, or alternating between using an upper and lower strip. Doing so will cause whitening to take longer, but will not cause a change in the overall whitening effect. If discomfort persists, we recommend you discontinue using the Whitestrips.     Triggers horrible sensitivity

    These are the worst for sensitive teeth! I am not one prone to sensitivity, but these absolutely trigger sensitivity that last a few days. I always end up doing one and then waiting weeks to do another bc they make me I can’t bare the uncomfortableness. Mind you, these are suppose to be 7 days straight. I could cry thinking about doing them for 7 days straight.

    Did not work for me

    The product was easy to use, but sadly the improvement was negligible. Perhaps there was a little lightening but not enough for anyone to notice. On a positive note, I didn’t have any sensitivity though I am prone to it. I cut the strips to fit the front of my teeth and was careful not to get the strips on my gums. They were easy to use and stayed on. Overall a good quality product and I hope it works for others.

    Works after one use!!

    I had a horrible stain on my front tooth and after one use it lifted the stain off! My other teeth aren’t as yellow but I will definitely continue using to brighten my smile.

    Works wonders without any pain!

    These are amazing! I have sensitive teeth and gums. Whenever I have tried whitening products in the past, I always gave up because it wasn’t worth the pain. I have used these strips for only 6 days now (halfway through the treatment), and the results are clear (see attached picture.) I have not had any sensitivity whatsoever. Highly recommend!

    They make your teeth so white I highly recommend

    I absolutely love these whitening strips!!! People always ask me how I get my teeth so white and it’s from crest whitening strips. These are the ones currently using but Ive uses other ones from them to that also work really good. But if you are looking for some good teeth whitening strips always go with crest.
