Charging for the device has completed when the light turns "off". . . . how does one know if its fully charge or not charging? What about a light that comes on to show its charging and changes color when fully charged? Have you considered an audible signal on the app to tell the user when to relax or lift? My PT suggested that I close my eyes when doing the exercises to visualize (not possible) I've had extreme difficulty keeping the signal - it frequently drops and I have to restart the exercise.

Possible Alternative to PT?
Bought this as an alternative to in person therapy as my schedule currently cannot accommodate it. I like how straightforward it is to use. Dislike the fact that it seems to lose connection easily (even between exercises). I think this is a good add on for someone already in pelvic floor therapy but probably shouldn’t be a replacement.

Good for the price
First i want to say. As a mother of two my pelvic floor was shot. After about a month of consistent use i did find that i was not leaking as much. Things felt a little tighter. My biggest issue with the product was that i had trouble keeping it connected to the app while in use.

Cannot buy replacement sizing sleeve!
While I thought this was a helpful tool, when I lost the silicone sizing sleeve, there was no way to replace it. You are not even allowed to purchase a replacement. I was told that since I was 6 months past the warranty period, I would have to purchase a whole new trainer. Without the sizing sleeve it’s useless for me, and it can be easy to misplace it (and keep it clean) because it doesn’t fit with the trainer in the storage case. Because of this poor customer service, I cannot recommend purchasing this trainer.

I bought this but ended up returning it before trying because I read some reviews saying that if your issue is pelvic floor tightness it could make matter worse. If you know you need help strengthening your pelvic floor, I’d give it a try.

A patient recommended Elvie- it is quite expensive to buy but ladies like me with pelvic floor weakness are despirate to do anything to help and it’s non medication based so great to self exercise. Yet to see a benefit but week 2 so early days

Must have for pelvic floor exercises
To give a bit of background, I had symphysis pubis dysfunction from 10 weeks of pregnancy, more than 90% of women recover immediately after birth, I did not. After birth I also developed urinary incontinence and had a mild cystocoele or bladder prolapse and I’m only 30! I have been seeing a pelvic physiotherapist via the NHS since 14 weeks pregnant and my baby is now 16 months, the symphysis pubic dysfunction started to get better when baby was 12/13 months, but the urinary incontinence has really been an issue. I’ve done pelvic floors exercises too and sometimes it has helped but the issue is I have no idea if what I’m doing is correct- am I squeezing to hard or too gently, too long or for too short. I also kept forgetting to do them. With the Elvie trainer I have been doing pelvic floor exercises regularly and not only that I know exactly what I’m doing and I love the little games. It makes what used to be 5 extremely laborious and boring moments into fun and rewarding. I’ve noticed a difference within a week and I’m so relieved. I wish I didn’t wait this long to buy this. It’s been brilliant.

Great when it detects properly
I bought the Elvie Trainer a couple of weeks ago and it has been helpful. The first time I used it was great but the second time it just didn’t seem to detect in the same way and a few times it has needed to be adjusted quite a bit to make it work. When it is working I think it really helps.

I've been using this regularly as part of my overall fitness. Sometimes the app registers the device and sometimes it doesn't. It is absolutely not worth the money.

Does what it claims to do
I bought this item a few weeks ago and it is already proving its worth. Easy and quick to use which is a priority for me. Only one star deducted because it doesn't tell me whether I am using the correct muscles.
