Horrible applicator, very nice serum and scent
This is the worst applicator I've ever experienced of anything ever! The instructions seem simple - twist pen 2-4 times to release serum - and yet it seems that no amount of twists will coax the serum out. Only twice have I managed to get any serum out, and that serum keeps me at my Sisyphean task of twisting. It feels so nice and hydrating, I only wish it was not driving me insane!!

Great for on-the-go!
I keep one of these in my purse! I put a little on during my lunch break or quickly in the car before I head home from work. Afterwards, I always feel like my cuticles look so much more hydrated. And it dries so fast I don't feel like I get finger prints on everything. I think I would prefer if the tip was a brush instead of a sponge - kind of like the cuticle oil.

I really like the serum and smell, unfortunately the applicator does not release the serum easily, It does not feel like there is enough product for the price, I might consider re-purchasing in the future.

I need to buy this in bulk to keep in every jacket pocket, kitchen and office drawer and purse. I use them non stop and see great results almost immediately with continued improvement with several uses. I'm a nurse and love to garden so my cuticles take a beating. Would not buy again
Like the dispenser with the foam applicator as it makes it easier to apply. However the "serum" does not seem to do anything. I have applied this 2 or 3x in a day and it does nothing to help my cuticles. I have used cuticle oils from other companies that work so much better so will not be buying this again.

Not worth it
fournd that the product was nearly impossible to dispense (multiple twists_ into the applicator and due to the size and floppiness of the sponge, there was inconsistent application. I felt like I was never able to get enough. The structure of it leaves you unknowing how much product is being dispensed/ left in tube.

I want to give this like a 50/50. I have to click it like 4 times before using and then need like an additional 2-3 clicks while using. And it doesn’t leave a lot of oil. After a few second they feel dry again. I feel like for the price it feels like half empty or something. But I like the concept of it

The benefits compound over time!
The first few times I used the cuticle serum, I wasn’t super impressed. I read the instructions, other reviews, and watched some of the O&J tutorials. What I figured out is that I needed to use the product as directed at least daily. After 3 days my cuticles started looking softer and I noticed fewer hangnails. I use the serum 2-3 times a day, most days, and my cuticles have never looked better.
