Joovy Room Playard and Nursery Center - Charcoal

After reviewing tons of pack and plays, I’m SO GLAD I registered for and received this one! I’m 30 weeks pregnant and was able to set this up on my own with very minimal issues (I’m not a handy person by any means). The quality of this product is AMAZING and I love the attachments it came with! I’m very excited to put this to great use after my son is born!

At first I thought it was just me having issues, but after having my husband and multiple other people try to put together/take apart I realized it is not me, but the product. The product itself is very well designed and taking apart/putting together the ACTUAL pack-n-play part is very easy. HOWEVER, putting together/taking apart the accessories (changing pad and parent organizer) was a complete NIGHTMARE. The plastic rail attachments for the changing table were impossible to put on and two of them still were not able to click on. Trying to undo the bars to fold the changing table back up are also impossible to get unclicked from each other. The parent organizer only clicked in place on one side so it was not even functional. Pack-n-plays should be easy to put together/take apart and not require multiple people to put together. I’ve used other brands before and never had an issue. Will definitely be returning this. The ONLY reason I gave it two stars is because the product is very sturdy. Very disappointed considering now I have to take the time to return this heavy box.

Mattress pad is so incredibly lumpy I don’t feel safe putting my newborn in this! Children under 1 require a flat surface to sleep on and for $200 for a playard this should be perfectly flat. Will be contacting Joovy!
