these are my favorite barnd of coloring materials. the crayons color nicely on all paper types, with a good saturation of color! I haven't tried on darker colored paper, but I assume it'll be like a y other crayon not labeled for dark paper use.

WORST CRAYONS EVER
I can’t for the life of me understand where all of the positive reviews are coming from. These are, hands down, the absolute worst crayons I’ve ever seen. The dollar store crayons are GOLD compared to these. I don’t care if they cost a nickel, it would be too much.

Very disappointing
Our family has previously been very happy with the quality of Mondo Llama products. We grabbed a pack of these crayons for the kids to use in the car on a road trip. Several crayon tips broke immediately when used, which was a big disappointment. I grabbed the pack to make a few activity pages for the kids to complete and was disappointed in the coloring quality; the colors were faint and the wax didn’t give good coverage. No shade on the other products in the lineup, but we’ll be sticking to name brand for crayons.

Meh - Not the best, but very affordable
I purchased a few packs of these (25 cents each) for my kids during back to school sales. At that price, I can’t complain too much, but they aren’t the smoothest crayon. Very waxy. My 7 year old noticed immediately and won’t use them. The color selections are nice, though. Overall, I’d stick with Crayola (even though their price has risen and their quality has declined recently as well). I’ve actually heard that Roseart has stepped up their game, so I’d be willing to try those next time.

The low price isn't worth it.
ffdsaafdf This is the first time I've used this product and bought it because of its low price. When I first used it to put some color into a drawing, the crayon tip was peeling off the crayon, but it didn't stick to the paper. When I added pressure, the tip just broke off. Then I continued using the broken crayon, and lo and behold, the crayon started coloring my drawing. I regret choosing this product over Crayola just to save a few cents.

Too waxy. Not buildable. The worst to color with compared to others. One did break on me while coloring. I do love the colors and will continue to purchase when on a deep sale (back to school) Especially in hopes of a modified formula. Appreciate the skin tone colors included.

Not worth the quarter spent
They instantly break.. I knew there had to be a catch when seeing these at such a low price. Bought them on sale, 25 cents instead of the 75 original price. Every time my son uses them, they break. Never had this issue with crayola brand. I would return, it wild cost me more in gas to get to the store and wait in line at customer service. You’re better off purchasing the name brand.
