    This was the worst purchase from Target and the return window has expired so we are stuck with it. The weight of the umbrella causes the whole thing to overturn and unless we drill holes into our patio to mount it, there is no way to keep it upright. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is very dangerous!!

    Beautiful umbrella and easy to set up. The solar lights have an on/off switch. The only thing to note is that you do need to have something heavy to weigh the stand down. I had to buy a separate weight bag and sand in order to have it be stable on my patio.

    Disappointed – Product Description Is Misleading

    I purchased the Costway 10FT Patio Offset Umbrella Solar Powered LED 360 Degrees Rotation Aluminum (Beige) expecting it to include a fillable base, as clearly stated in the Target product description. Unfortunately, it only came with a lightweight cross stand that makes the umbrella unusable without additional heavy bases or weights. I contacted Target customer service and was told they needed photos before reaching out to their partner vendor, but it’s been a slow and frustrating process. The product listing gives the impression that the fillable base is included, which is misleading. It’s disappointing to spend over $100 on an item that cannot be used as advertised. I hope Target updates the product description or ensures that future shipments include the proper fillable base as listed. I’ve always trusted Target for accurate listings, so this experience was very discouraging.

    False advertising

    The umbrella does not stand on its own with the base supplied. It is not heavy enough to hold the umbrella up without any type of weight on it. I had to buy sandbags to hold the umbrella up in order to use it correctly. I feel his false advertising for the fact being that it does not show any weight on the base to hold the umbrella up. It just hold itself according to any of the pictures online on your website.
