Soft but Meaningless
2b-c fine hair: I am not kidding when I say my hair holds more curl than without it. :( I think this is probably better used as a mouse that's FOR braids than what the label suggests. Overall my hair was soft and definitely had volume but would recommend following up with a gel. I was just overall disappointed. PS This product will weirdly emulsify in your hair if you try to use it just as a volume boost, so yes Ive tried it in every which way.

Saved my hair!
My hair is fine, thin and curly. Recently, my hair started falling out…in handfuls! My doctor advised that I take hair supplements and wash as little as possible. So, I started taking Viviscal (that stuff works!) and the OUAI air dry foam. Using this foam has changed my life! OUAI's air dry foam is unlike anything on the market. There is zero "crunch" when hair dries and you can still use a hairdryer/diffuser for perfect curls/waves if that's your thing. Personally, Ive been using this air dry foam, a touch of the OUAI curl cream and a spritz or so of their wave spray. My curls are now soft, defined and bouncy. People compliment my hair all the time and I say it's thanks to OUAI's air dry foam. You simply must try it!

Weird hair!
I air dry my hair and have for decades. There are a few good air dry options on the market however this is not one of them. This foam made my slightly wavy hair stringy-looking, strangely odd-textured, and tangled. My hair seemed heavier on my head, like the strands were locked in place and couldn't move freely. That's a weird feeling! Not a fan at all. The high price is another demerit.

Disappointing formula change
This was a product that I've used regularly for two years and loved the results. My hair air dried quickly, wave was enhanced, and the formula agreed with my skin. The latest bottle is causing my skin to burn and breakout, and my hair takes longer to dry and is more frizzy. I searched and learned Ouai was acquired by P&G, which might explain the change. I guess the search is on for a different product.

Awesome for me!
I have a ton of hair but its super fine and oily. Typically my shag layered air dryed hair hair looks flat and lifeless with the ends frizzing out but looks perfectly diffused, bouncy and soft after using this! Slam dunk for me and I didnt have to use much. Even worked great as a refresher after a mild water spritz on day two.

Good , but probably not for me
I do like this foam however I have VERY thick wavy/curly 2a2b hair and a lot of it. I really like the lightness of it (because anything too heavy weighs my waves down) but i don't think it has quite enough hold. I have to use quite a bit of the product for the results I want. Otherwise a very good formula! Only other complaint is the scent. I personally don't like the north bondi scent and unfortunately that's all their curl/textured hair products come in. :( maybe one day they will have different scent options

Absolutely not!
I would not recommend this product for anyone. My hair has never felt worse. It literally feels like I did a bleach bath on my ends. I ended up needing to use straight olive oil to breathe life back into my hair. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. Dont waste your money.

Made my hair limp and sad
I had such high hopes for this foam but all I liked about it was the smell :( I have very fine curly hair and this foam left it looking limp and stringy. I expected my hair to look more bouncy, not have even less volume. Thinking of trying the curl cream but idk, feel like that would be even worse since my hair is so fine.

I put 3 pumps in my fine, curly and shoulder length hair. It didn't feel like i put anything in, it was just like I let my hair dry with no product. It did help with the frizz but for the money it's not worth it. So many other air dry products out there. And the smell was really good but didn't last long like their other products

Did nothing
I've used this alone, in combination with the curl cream (which is by the way amazing), and with the wave spray. I can't get it to actually do anything. I've used more, it just makes my hair dirty. Zero frizz control, zero hold. I'd be better off using nothing. Too expensive not to do anything at all. This and the anti-frizz cream are complete missed.
