Efficient and easy to use
I shower at night and have been trying to get into the habit of drying my hair before bed. This tool makes that much easier to do. In the past, I've found hairdryers to be a bit overstimulating when trying to both dry and style my hair. I don't have that issue with the Double Shot. It's so much nicer having both the dryer and brush in one tool. One minor nitpick I have is that I wish there were more heat settings. The hottest/fastest can quickly become too hot, but the low hot setting dries thick hair too slowly. It would be nice to have an in between.

Short Life Span
I love this product but unfortunately it does not last beyond 2 years (and that's a stretch even). I have had 3 of these since November 2021. The warranty is only for 1 year. . . the 1st died after the 1 year mark and I wasn't eligible for a replacement. The 2nd died just under a year and I was able to get a free replacement. Well, my 3rd just died and will be 2 years old in April. These are very expensive for such a short life span.

Broke after 1 month
Broke after less than 2 months of buying. Don't waste you money, the Revlon is the exact same product for cheaper.

Beats the Dyson Air Wrap!
Gives my hair volume and doesn’t dry it out! My hair is smoother and looks healthier. I like having one dryer vs multiple Dyson attachments.

Lasted 1 month.
I received this item for Christmas and was ao excited to use it! Worked great the first few times, just took a while to get all of my long hair done on the low setting (recommended for my hair type in the manual). Until the fourth use, a month in. Then it just died. Hasn't turned back on since. Died halfway through doing my hair. We are outside of the return window so I can't go that route. Unfortunately, I don't feel that its worth spending the money on giving this a second try.

Great for voluminous bouncy hair
I LOVE this! I usually blow dry with a round brush then flat iron. I used this after blow drying until my hair was a little damp, and i was so impressed with the softness and volume i got. I felt like Farrah Fawcet! My hair stylist recommended to use a regular blow dryer first (until hair is half dry) to minimize damage. Very easy to use, especially if youre used to drying with a round brush. I was able to get more tension and curling with this tool because i can use both hands. My hair is naturally very curly and frizzy, but not after using this.

I am very pleased with
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this purchase, and it definitely saves me a lot of time because I can both dry my hair and style it at the same time. I find it very easy to handle as it doesn’t weigh too much and it’s also easy to use. The different settings are simple to differentiate. I would definitely purchase this again!

Works great, until it doesn't.
This product works great the first time you use it: the mixed bristles glide across hair and create a good amount of tension so that natural waviness is straightened out. The problem is that the bristles (the larger pointed bristles and the boar hair bristles) bend out of shape after just a few uses, significantly diminishing its effectiveness at gripping and smoothing hair. Finally, the controls are unwieldy. They are located at the bottom of the handle, and require you to use both hands to turn the air on or cycle the heat settings. This means that if you are holding a section of hair with one hand, you need to have the dryer already powered on if you want to dry that section. This causes the dryer to blow hot air all over the place while you bring it up to the section you want to dry, which can make the entire drying process incredibly frustrating.

Terrible product, wouldn't recommend it
Don't waste your money on this. The first one burned after a few months, so I made the mistake of buying a second one thinking it was an off thing. Well, second one just died too.

Stopped Working After 15 Months
This worked pretty well for about 15 months and then just stopped working one day. It didn't even last as long as my Revlon brush - at over 4 times the price! I will never buy another Drybar product again.

Electrical cord blew sparks very dangerous
My blower began to cut in and out as the cord circled and all of a sudden sparks blew out of cord. It scared me to the point that I dropped it and that’s when it stopped. I quickly disconnected it and was thankful I was not in my bathroom because normally that’s where I do my hair and chances are if I had dropped it it would have fallen in my toilet IN WATER which could be fatal.

This is the second replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second replacement after the first two died. They keep just losing power without explanation and Drubar won’t offer a refund even though the first replacement took over a month and we had to buy a new in the interim.
