Customer service at drive up
I actually haven’t tried this product yet, but I’ve been wanting one. My concern was the absolute rudeness of the girl who delivered my order out to drive up. I stated that I would like the product delivered to driver side. She was looking at her app and brought it to the passenger side. Since I had my car off, I could not open the window. She mumbled some things that she came around the front of the car. Barely got the bag in my hand and stormed off. It was 8:30 in the morning so I don’t know if she had a bad night or what but somebody needs to talk to this girl. I didn’t even get a chance to see her name tag to give you a name. She has long brown hair.

Really crappy lighter. I was so excited about the extended tip but it takes 10+ clicks to properly light. You'd think that BIC would have it figured out by now!
