What a disappointment. My daughter opened this for her birthday, and was so excited. Unfortunately, the watch wouldn’t even turn on even with charging, etc. what a piece of junk, and of course the boxed was ripped while opening so returning isn’t possible. Don’t buy this.

Purchased this watch as an x-mas gift for my daughter and the band broke after two days of wear. I contacted the manufacturer, as it has a one year warranty, and they informed me that I needed to pay $10 to ship a new band from China. In other words, I have to pay 1/3 of the total price to get a replacement band for their poor quality? I don’t think so! Save you money and put it towards a higher quality kids smartwatch. DO NOT BUY,

Worked maybe 2 months before it wouldn’t turn on despite overnight charging. Glitter on band fell off very easily and was scratchy/not made inside band material. When it worked it was enjoyed by my elementary aged child for its camera, alarm and games.
