[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this stick vacuum! It was easy to set up right out of the box and get to using right away. It is lightweight so my arm doesn’t get tired vacuuming and I am able to use it for short bursts on quick messes, and also longer uses when doing the stairs or even a whole room! It has plenty of battery to finish a couple rooms, and charges back up to full power fast- it has always been ready when I need it, so the convenience of having it charged and ready has been great with kids and a dog underfoot! The only thing I don’t love is how to empty the bin- it’s a slightly tedious process compared to other stick vacuums I’ve had that just have a quick release button- I felt like this one gave me more of a chance to touch dirty stuff- but it emptied fully and it really wasn’t a big deal since I wash my hands after anyway. Overall a great vacuum I use frequently and recommend for a family needing something convenient and at the ready!

It is fantastic that it automatically changes suction based on floor type, and the light on the floor head is and added bonus! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great vacuum; however, some areas of odd design. The vacuum navigates well, easy to turn and use. The charger area is clumsily placed at the end of the handle and thus gets bumped around a lot by touch or by other items nearby. The dirt container is difficult to empty as you must remove the inside piece to dump and thus some dirt escapes due to touch and may fall to floor or dustify the air. My favorite part is the ease of turning and the ability to change power level.

It’s very easy to charge and holds its charge for a long time. I use this in many different rooms in my house and it does a good job with nice suction. My kids also use it since it’s so lightweight and easy to use!

I especially like the dual speeds of suction, and with auto mode when it detects it needs to be on. Charging is super easy, nice not to have a cord while moving around the house, only wish the battery lasted a bit longer. One swipe through the house and it’s dead. But it does a great job.

I have primarily hardwood floors but do have several rugs and this works perfectly for cleaning both. The fact that it is able to be made into a handheld vac is so convenient for cleaning areas such as my stairs. It is also a powerful unit for cleaning the car. It's light weight, cordless and the ability to switch to hand held makes it so multifunctional.

I have a previous model of this stick vacuum and it isn't as powerful as this one. I was excited to receive this because the previous model had a removable battery and I was hoping I could use the old battery as a backup. Unfortunately for me, they've changed to have a built in battery so it is not compatible. I can see this being a benefit as you can just plug the charger directly into the vacuum instead of needing to remove it, but I dislike that I'll now need to wait for the battery to charge if it runs out. The other change from my old one is that it is more stable in the upright position which makes it a lot more stable. I love that the vacuum is lightweight enough for my kids to use it. I love to use this vacuum for everyday clean up in our kitchen as well as for quick messes.

It is lightweight and glides really well. I like the fact that it’s also not too noisy. The charge lasts a decent amount of time although I wish this was a tad longer.

It's so easy to use my 9 year old vacuumed our whole living room. You just plug the plug right into the vacuum when your ready to charge it and it charges up in a timely manner. It sucked so much dirt out of our carpet that we was so shocked something so small worked so well. We did have to empty it alot because the place that holds the dirt isnt that big but we was ok with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned the older version of this vacuum for many years, and when I decided to get a separate vacuum for the different levels in my home, it was an easy choice to choose this Black and Decker model again. The most important feature for me is that it's effective on both tile and carpet, and this one is great at both and switches between floor typing easily. I also like that it's lightweight, and it has a hanging hook on the back. The newer model has an improved dustbin design with easier to use clips. Also improved from the previous model is this vacuum's ability to go flat under tables and sofas, which has been so helpful to keep the floors clean without having to move furniture every time. One feature I liked better on the previous model was a removable battery, so I could have two and use one while the other was charging. This version has a long enough battery life that it's not a problem as long as I don't forget to plug in the charger. Overall I still love this vacuum and I won't hesitate to replace my older version with this one when the time comes.

So easy to use ,very convenient, small enough to store anywhere. Powerful enough to clean up all types of floors . Love the fact that as you are vacuuming you can easily go from any type of floor to floor without any changes on your part this awesome multiple floors stick vacuum has an autosense technology that automatically adjust to the floor you are vacuuming , wow this is awesome and truly amazing. Easy to charge and the charge last up to 44 minutes. It's so comes with a wall mount . It's a 2 and 1 stick vacuum as well , the top disconnect and you get a Hand held vacuum to do stairs or the couch. Very powerful machine. The dust holder is small but holds a lot of dirt and it's so easy to empty and snap back in place . It also has a led light so it easy to see what you cleaning up day or night. This feature nis a back and furniture saver it actually lays flat so you can go under the couch, chair or what ever you may need to go over for dust . Amazing. Very lightweight and easy to handle . This one is lightweight so it’s not difficult for me to bring up and down the stairs. I appreciate it has a lot of white so it fits in with my decor. The vacuum takes a long time to charge so be sure to do that a day before you’re planning to vacuum. I’ve found it holds its charge about a half hour which isn’t enough for be to vacuum the whole house. The vacuum can be used as a handhold device for when I want to vacuum high up areas or my car. It’s easy to empty out the dust container and clean the brush roll on the bottom.

There are definitely things I like, but also a few drawbacks worth mentioning. Pros: Battery Life: On a full charge, I was able to get about 35 minutes of cleaning time, which was decent for small spaces. It’s enough to do a quick clean-up around an apartment, but not ideal for larger homes unless you plan to vacuum in short sessions. LED Floor Lights: One of my favorite features is the LED lights near the base of the vacuum. They actually help a lot with spotting fine dust and hair on hard floors, especially in dim corners. Washable Filter: The filter is washable, which is a nice touch for maintenance and cost savings over time. Autosense Feature: I also appreciate the autosense technology—it automatically adjusts the suction power based on the floor type. It kicks up power when it detects carpet and lowers it on tile, which is smart and helps conserve battery. Cons: Long Charging Time: When I first unboxed it, it took over 4 hours to fully charge the battery, which feels excessive considering it only runs for about 35 minutes. This becomes a real limitation if you have more than a small area to clean. Static Shock Issue: One unexpected and unpleasant surprise was that I kept getting shocked from the battery charger compartment hole when vacuuming carpets. A rubber cover or better insulation would go a long way in preventing static build-up. Limited Versatility: I wish it came with more attachments or had the option to convert it into a handheld vacuum. It would be super helpful for tight spots like stairs or corners where the wand just doesn’t cut it. Final Thoughts: Overall, I would recommend this vacuum as a good starter vacuum or a secondary cleaner for quick pick-ups, especially in apartments or small spaces.
