I prefer paperbacks, they travel better. Sizeable to read and small enough to put in your purse or carryon.

None of the reviews talk about the graphic sa scene in the beginning of the book that made me immediately nauseous. I do not recommend, or at least trigger warning for women who have actually experienced something

A chemist against artificial ingredients? Really? As a chemistry major, I found the book very disappointing and stereotypical. I actually looked up the author’s education background because this sounded too much like what someone with no chemistry background would think a female chemist would be like. Didn’t appreciate the housewife and Christian bashing either. Is it a book or a FB rant? Honestly, it was kind of boring, and that’s coming from someone who has suffered through actual chemistry textbooks. The 3 stars are for Six-Thirty.

This is such a wonderful story! Ideal gift for anyone wanting to understand life for women in the 1960’s - so many great characters. Reasonable price for a hardcover book & I bought it during an extra discounted price for purchasing multiple books.

Amazing book! I read this in 2 days.

Story set in 1950’s. Story is about a very intelligent woman trying to compete with men. Society is not accepting of her. She is unique and is an example of being persistent and not giving up. Makes one think!!

Bought this as a Christmas gift. A bit disappointed that the jacket was torn on arrival. Also, the target sticker left residue on the jacket. Too bad they’re not placed on the back, or able to be peeled cleaner.

I have only gotten through the first few pages because I bought it for after the holidays but it read very fast and grabbed my interest. I watched the series on Apple TV and that's why I wanted to read the book.

Thoroughly enjoyed this masterpiece novel. Only the last page disappointed a little as the missing pieces came together a little too quickly.

We read this for our book club. Initially, listened to it as an audiobook. Had to purchase it!

Really different from what I’m used to reading but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this story.

Took this on a trip over the summer. I enjoyed it so much I recommended it to another lady in the tour and she bought it. We both finished and left our copies with people who loved it too. When I got home recommended to a couple of ladies at the gym who raved as well. Highly recommend.
