Fantastic for Indoor Use
These earbuds work very well, the ambient aware and noise canceling are very effective and easy to switch between with the right settings chosen for the earbuds. I haven't used talk thru, so I cannot comment on that unfortunately. They have a setting to select whether they are being used for audio or video, and I have yet to have any audio desync issues; or if I did they were such a minor issue to fix I completely forgot about them. Now, the earbuds allow you to tap them for some basic controls, standard fare, but these ones are apparently sensitive to light. When used outside, it seems that sunlight or the wind can activate the gesture controls. Usually it only makes the noise that alerts you to the fact you attempted to use the feature, but occasionally it will actually trigger the gesture control and switch between sound modes. It is extremely annoying to keep hearing the "beep" because I want to use them outside while walking or doing yard work. I found a small post Reddit about people with similar issues, so I don't believe it's limited to my earbuds alone. I find that they fit in the ear well and don't cause discomcort; but occasionally when I smile it can dislodge the earbuds from their stable position. It's easy to tell when it happens, and they usually don't fall out, but it does happen to me at least. I did go through the setup to make it fit well, but I am willing to accept the possibility I messed it up; so your mileage may vary. The battery is not something I've ever had an issue with—and I only occasionally plug the thing in—but I don't usually need to use the earbuds for anything longer than an hour or two. Overall, I am very happy with the product, though be weary if you want a pair for use outside; at least in sunlight.

Tips fall off when removing the ear buds.
I've had these for a few weeks. First, the good. The sound is good. The noise cancelling worked well on a recent plane trip. But, the reason I give them two stars is that the tips come off. I've tried the three sizes. A few times the tip remained in my ear. Which is interesting to remove. Other times it falls off, and I have to search for it. I lost one on an airplane and sat for the rest of the flight listening to the noise in the cabin. I also find that the buds do not stay secure in my ears. Again, I tried all three sizes of tips. Movement causes the earbuds to loosen. Fortunately, I have felt this and repositioned them before the entire earbud fell out. I'm unhappy with this purchase. But I'm stuck with these.

Buy the Tune Flex 2 instead.
I have owned two pair of JBL Tune Flex 2 and loved them. I lost my first pair and gave my second away upon buying these. Bad decision. They fall out of the ear. Hair will trigger the controls which send it haywire. Bass isn't near as rich. Also, within 6 months the right earbud quit on me entirely. Somehow my upgrade turned into a downgrade.

We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Live Pro 2 TWS. We understand that the fit and bass performance did not meet your expectations. For the best fit and sound quality, try angling the ear tip downward, gently twisting the earbud into place, and ensuring it sits securely in your ear. We also recommend testing each of the included ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable and effective fit. We invite you to explore the JBL Headphones app as well, where you can customize or disable certain features and gestures, and adjust the EQ to better match your preferences. Our colleague has sent you an email with the next steps regarding the right earbud. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reply directly to that email.

Poor Volume Control
The acoustics were fine, however the volume was a big issue for me. They do NOT turn up very high even compared to my JBL headphones (which are also more quiet than usual). I ended up returning them and I do not recommend them unless volume isn’t something your care about.

Good product
I bought this a few weeks ago and I’m glad I caught them on sale. I am satisfied with how they sound and how they fit in my ears. And I really like the silver color. Definitely worth it for the price.

JBL deliver once again!
As usual with all my JBL products so far, these earbuds are amazing! The only thing missing in my opinion, is a way to turn them off on demand. Other than that, the sound quality and comfort is fantastic.

Catastrophic Failure in Design
DO NOT BUY PINK UNLESS YOU INTEND ONLY FOR INDOOR USE!!! I have tried using two different pairs of the pink JBL Live pro 2 TWS and both pairs had the same issue: Whenever sunlight hits the headphone touch sensor (left or right), they start beeping incessantly. It happens when I am walking down the street in my neighborhood trying to talk on the phone, or downtown when the sun gleams between buildings, it happens even if I put painters tape over the metallic touchpad, when it's cold, warm, and/or windy, and it even happens when I have gestures turned off through the app. My partner has the same pair in a different color and does not have this issue. How is it possible to design a headphone that can't be used outside unless there is absolutely no sun?
1 reply from Customer Support team - 3 months ago
We appreciate your feedback. We understand your thoughts about the color potentially contributing to the issue. However, based on our experience, it's more likely that environmental factors, such as extreme temperatures, are affecting the internal components. Although the unit's color may play a minor role in heat absorption, the most effective way to mitigate this would be to minimize exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For example, if you experience this issue, try moving the unit to a shady location to see if the problem resolves itself.

Okay
Well, It's okay. But still not what I like. The noise cancel not exactly clear everything. Listening to music not the best. And it look too long and big when wearing.

ok but reacts to sunshine hitting it
I bought these a month or so ago and i feel like i have had time to work through some of the newness. They fit my ears really well. The stick part gets tangled in my hair more than my earbuds did but that may be because it is winter here and I have been wearing my hat more. Sound quality is pretty good. I don't use the noise canceling feature but the sound quality is better when that is turned on. My one really big issue with these is that they react to the sun hitting them. so if you are walking and going from a shady spot to a sunny spot, when the sun hits the earbud, you can hear the feed back tril and the music will turn off. as if you had physically hit the ear bud to turn it off. I have never had this happen before. I had to turn off the options on the left earbud because it was constantly reacting to the sun hitting it an it would say "Noise Canceling on," "Noise Canceling off." It is incredibly annoying.

Avoid
Worked great for around 3 months then one earbud just died and will not turn back on
1 reply from Customer Support team - 5 months ago
Thanks for your feedback. It's possible that the earbud is not charging, and charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, dust, etc. You may click on the link below for detailed online instructions on how to clean the contact points of the earbuds. If the issue remains, the pogo pins may be damaged. For further assistance, please contact us. Cleaning instructions: https://bit.ly/3S4bOkQ

Good until they weren't
I purchased these about 6 months ago as a college graduation present to myself and loved them. Until I didn't. Very recently, there has been what appears to be a software issue happening with the sound, as the sound has been migrating into the right earbud and leaving the left one extremely quiet. At first I thought it might be a cleaning issue, but that didn't help anything. Then I tried doing a hard reset of them and the sound went back to normal. Until I started listening to them again, and could literally hear the left earbud getting quieter after about 20 minutes of use until it was only my right earbud giving off any sound. I KNOW that the left one works and is not blocked with earwax or anything because they'll be working fine for a few minutes, and then the migration will start to happen. These are in perfect condition, have never gotten wet or dropped, and are relatively new. I am very disappointed in this purchase. I've gone back to using my Jabra earbuds, which have held up for 5 years.

If you truly want amazing earbuds... Seriously, just get these. Don't shop around and spend double the money. I will only buy these if I ever need to replace the. Cannot hold a stable connection
I've had these for almost a year. The sound quality is okay, they're nothing special. The battery life is fine, again nothing special. The bluetooth connection? Abysmal. They will randomly lapse in connection for 2 seconds at a time which is insanely annoying. I'd rather go back to wired headphones than continue using these. The earpieces are also not a good fit (no matter what size I use). They come loose on their own.

Great phone qualities but very bad battery life
I have had these for about 6 months and the good is that they are great for phone conversations. The bad is that they are by far the worst I have had for connecting. It takes me 4 to 5 attempts every time. The battery life is also horrific for talking. I am lucky to get 2 hours on one charge. I can not recommend unfortunately. Will be going back to buds +

Excellent quality overall
I bought these as a gift for my son to replace his broken airpods. He is really impressed with them. They are really comfortable and don't fall out like his airport did. He loves the sound quality and the ease of using the app.

Disappointing experience after only 3 days of use
After just three days of use, the headphones started to malfunction. They would randomly switch between noise-cancellation modes without any input, and whenever I tried to listen to audio, music or video, playback would cut off almost instantly, followed by strange noises before the headphones stopped working altogether. I attempted a factory reset to resolve the issue, but the fault persisted. I eventually had to return the product and am now waiting for a refund. This has been a real disappointment, and I am left uncertain whether I can trust JBL again — whether to risk trying another model or instead turn to a more reliable brand available on the market.

Awful purchase
They stopped working after about two months. They had this awful clicking static noise and now they just produce no sound at all!
1 reply from Customer Support team - 9 months ago
Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue with your JBL Live Pro 2 TWS. First, o determine if the problem is in the device or the headphones, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Next is a reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact us for further assistance.
