Also I like that the dosage is 1 simple tablet per day. Also like all the whole food organic nutrients that are included in 1 tablet and that it comes in a glass jar, as I am making efforts to reduce plastic in the environment. Thank you.

I’m very happy with this multi, I take daily with food and it doesn’t upset my stomach, possibly because it has a fermented food base. I feel like I’m getting most of what I need from this one-a-day. I like that it’s targeted at the specific nutrient needs of my age group and gender. One drawback is the large size of the pills, not a problem for me but might be for others.
