    This vitamin really helps me keep balanced and healthy. Nutrition is a challenge for those of us who are over 55 and need added vitamins and nutrients. Plus they are nongmo, well regulated and in a glass container. Excellent product.

    I love that I don't have to take this with food, and it doesn't upset my stomach or result in strange lingering burps. The pill size is also smaller than the normal giant pill for multi-vitamins, which is most appreciated! I've only been taking these daily for a week or so, but I think they will become a solid addition to my morning wake-up routing.

There is minimal , if not any , aftertaste. Also I like that the dosage is 1 simple tablet per day. Also like all the whole food organic nutrients that are included in 1 tablet and that it comes in a glass jar, as I am making efforts to reduce plastic in the environment. Thank you.
