I joined the Embr membership program last year in that time the Embr has been my saving grace for the relentless hot flashes that I suffer from. I have only used the heating setting a few times and it was what I needed but the cooling setting is spectacular!!! I love being a part of the membership it allows me to benefit from this amazing tool with out breaking my bank account. Highly recommend this product. 😁

I was using mine, but I was doing it. I had it on like you would wear a watch so it wasn’t working for me and just today. I watched the reviews or read the reviews and seen how people had it the opposite directions so I have it on my wrist the way it’s supposed to be and it’s perfect. You can feel the coldness come through my whole body. My it’s amazing and it works like it’s crazy but it really works

Thanks for the review! Your Wave only needs to be connected to the app while you’re interacting with the app itself (to browse or customize sessions or view your usage, for example). It does not need to stay connected in the background while a session is running or when you use the buttons on your Wave to adjust the temperature or start/stop sessions, So if you use the app to select an 8-hour All Night session before bed, the app only needs to be connected to tell your Wave to start the session. It doesn’t need to stay connected once the session is in progress, and that’s why you’ll see a brief “Connecting to your Wave” screen if you open up the app again in the morning, since the Bluetooth connection hasn’t been live all night long. If you have two go-to sessions you’re always reaching for, we highly recommend using the Preset function in the app to assign them to the buttons your Wave. That way you can easily activate either of them by pressing a button, which is especially handy for times when you don’t want to pull your phone out or use the app at all. I have been using my Embr Wave for 2 years and I am so grateful this product exists! I wear it every day and it's a game changer for hot flash relief. The added bonus of thr app and being able to program and personalize your cooling and heating needs is so helpful. I cannot recommend this product enough, especially for women of a certain age.

I Love my Ember Wave because it warms me up when I occasionally feel chilled. But mostly I use my Ember Wave for Hot Flashes. It definitely diminishes the intensity of the bad ones and makes the normal ones more tolerable. I wear my Wave ALL the time and couldn't survive my whole-body, sweat-EVERYWHERE Hot Flashes without it!

At first I loved this bracelet. It really works. My husband bought it for me for my birthday. However I had issues with charger and as of right now on my 3rd replacement and it's still not charging. Im really disappointed because for the price of the product I feel the chargers could be a lot better.

I'll never understand the Jedi mind tricks that are happening here...but this has definitely helped with my hot flashes at night, and for the first time in months I'm able to sleep a full 7 hours without waking up drenched. So whatever sorcery is at work - I like it! I'm still working out the best use for me during the day - it seems to work a bit differently for me when I'm at work, I'm confident that I'll figure it out after trying a few new things. Luckily there's a lot of online support to walk me through the different approaches. I do wish the device itself were a little more durable - after just a couple of weeks, the face is already very scratched. I love the rose gold look but when it's all scratched up it isn't nearly as pretty. And the magnetic wristband has started catching my arm hairs in it - super ouchy! Would love some other options for this, since it should be easily replaceable. These are small complaints, though, for the value I'm getting. Definitely worth the (not insignificant) cost.

I have been using Embr Wave for many years for relief from my hot flashes. I have found it very effective. I am now primarily using it for sleep support since I am having trouble sleeping. When my husband was in dialysis, he was very cold all of the time. He enjoyed much relief with his Embr Wave.

I bought this 2 months ago because after 9 months of hormone therapy for my Prostate cancer, hot flashes are a very unwelcome side effect. After a day of moving it around to find my sweet spot, the Wave stops my hot flashes within 10-15 seconds. I am still amazed at how well it works. Both of my daughters are looking forward to using it when they go thru menopause.
