Life-changing.
This has CHANGED my life! It not only helps keep my sweating & hot flashes on a leash, but it helps regulate my body temperature during my fibro(myalgia) flare-ups. It took time for me to figure out what works best for me, because my body has no "constant." It's been almost a year and I'm STILL learning cool new things about Embr Wave 2. I was skeptical because I had tried anything and everything under the sun (or so I thought) to feel better (and less self-conscious). The Embr Wave 2 is a gift that was given to me. Overall love it
I have only used the wave for 24 hours BUT I love it so far! I used the 9 hour session overnight and feel that I was able to have a much deeper sleep than without the wave. I still woke up to toss the blanket off but overall much less than I usually do. I plan to use the nine hour session all day and night. The feedback that I have is the battery could be better. It was fully charged when I went to bed and when I woke up it was at 20%. I have been using it since I woke up and it is currently on 1%. The metal band also hurts at times if it gets stuck on my skin or a hair. Feedback is improve battery life and include the comfort band with the wave at initial purchase. Currently trying to do all of the requirements to get 400 reward points to get the comfort band. If you have hot flashes definitely at least try the wave 2.

I have never felt such relief! From the first time I used this I haven’t been plagued by horrific hot flashes and night sweats. It gets worse as I get older and many times I’ve almost passed out from the hot flashes. I NEVER have this problem when I’m wearing my Embr Wave. WHOEVER THOUGHT OF THIS NEEDS A RAISE AND THE BIGGEST TROPHY ALLOWED!!!!

Game changer for sleep
I've been using the Embr Wave for a year now and it has made such a difference in my sleep temperature. I set it to max cooling, power save cool and sleep much more comfortably. I even sleep under the duvet most nights.

Hot Flash Relief
I use a small setting of cooling for 10 mins for hot flashes. At night, I use a 9 hr cooling setting. It really helps with the night sweats. I love it.

Amazing help for dysautonomia and cPTSD
This works so well for me! I have dysautonomia, so when my body decides to stop regulating its temperature well, I use this and it helps so much! I also have cPTSD and use this to help manage my symptoms. It brings me a lot of comfort. It also helps during the night when I sleep. I often get too warm from nightmares and this helps keep me from waking up drenched in sweat!

Possibly the best investment I've ever made!
This thing is amazing! I've only had it a few days and it has been a Godsend! I've been using all kinds of OTC for hot flashes thanks to perimenopause. And I was still having them too mask tones a day and could not sleep at night. I finally slept without waking up once! It's even a bigger surprise bc I'm already a hot natured person. This works so well, I'll end up buying one. I'm doing the rental for now. I could see this helping in all occasions. I have anxiety and parents that keep their house way too warm. Plus, I freeze out my better half most days, so he's pretty excited this works as well!
