Great moisturizing conditioner
I’m soooo impressed with how deeply moisturizing this conditioner is! My hair feels so soft, hydrated, and smooth right after washing, without feeling heavy or weighed down. Which i’ve never really experienced with any other conditioners i’ve tried! I don’t use the matching shampoo cause i have an oily scalp so i use it with a shampoo that’s better for my scalp. Currently with the state of my hair I find that I don’t need an additional leave-in conditioner cream just a light hair oil to seal everything in works perfectly for me. I’m excited to see how this routine will work overtime as my hair grows!

I love the product itself
I actually really love this shampoo so I ended up buying 2 sets of the pump bottles of shampoo and conditioner. My issue is the shampoo pump bottle didn't work BOTH times and the last time I bought it because I had to screw the lid off to dispense the shampoo that it fell inside and outside my shower several times. It's not very easy to clean up first of all but really disappointing when you lose over half of the product on the floor. Plus it's dangerous and it made me slip and fall in the shower due to spill. I love the shampoo it makes my hair shiny and smooth as I have super thin fine hair but I probably won't be buying another pump dispenser bottle. I will just have to deal with the smaller bottles.

This might be good if you didn't have all the sulfates in it it irritates my scalp and makes it itchy didn't have a problem with irritation and itching before I start using this product what a waste of money

Provides excellent care for the hair, although I would prefer a more manly scented one wen I have the money
As a man I have noticed that most shampoos and conditioners are made better if their marketed towards women. I decided to give this conditioner a try since I want to grow my hair out and take care of my hair. I currently have a buzz cut. I used the corresponding elvive shampoo. My hair felt very soft and there were barely any white flakes after even just one use when normally I have quite a bit of white flakes. My hair felt hydrated and refreshed. I will be honest that I want to eventually get a shampoo and conditioner marketed towards men because I prefer that smell on me but I didn't see any of that at the Target I went to. I'm going to be honest the smell still was very nice and can technically be unisex because it smelt vanilla for the shampoo and the conditioner kind of smelt like an oceanic kind of smell which of course can be manly. Despite the fact that I want to go to a more manly smelling type of shampoo and conditioner, I'm giving this an amazing review because it really works wonders for the hair and really treats dry scalp like I have. And for all you individuals out there that have long hair, this product will definitely take care of your hair well.

BEWARE- UNFAMILIAR ODOR
So another reviewer mentioned this and I have experienced the exact same issue. I had been buying the large bottle of conditioner and it had this very light , slightly sweet smell. The product worked wonderfully for my children’s thick curly hair . I mean so well that you could glide a wide through comb through their hair like soft butter . Hair was soft and curls defined. BUT THEN…I bought a bottle that had an acrid smell. Very sharp, super fragrant …buttons chemical , old perfume sort of way. Smelled nothing like the previous bottles. I thought maybe I was going a little bonkers and decided to use it anyway. DID NOT WORK AT ALL. Hair felt dry, brittle , no slip, no detangling power, hair was soft … something was wrong . Now I smell each bottle before o buy it , and I’ve noticed more and more bottle are smelling off. Ugh. I think it needs to be reported . It’s not normal to have to smell the conditioner for fear there is something dangerous or that would make the product lose its effectiveness.

Need to switch shampoo..?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair and skin can get really dry, especially during winter months. And recently I was noticing a lot of dandruff and needed to switch shampoo. I grabbed this one at the store and don’t think I’ll ever need to switch again! It makes my hair so soft and my scalp hydrated. Absolutely love it! Does everything it says and smells fantastic!

Hair Loss and Flakiness
Please be cautious when using this line of products. Although I experienced initial flakiness using this shampoo and conditioner, I decided to trust the process and for a short while, saw good results where my hair was shiny and nice smelling. Eventually, when my it started shedding more than usual (similar to postpartum hair loss), I wrote it off, thinking it must be seasonal shedding or nutritional issues/hormones. But recently, I noticed that my hair was not only flaky again, but now also more oily in between washes, and my scalp felt tight and itchy in a way I’d never noticed before. Adjusting washing frequency didn’t help. I suspect that these products were irritating and over exfoliating my scalp. Since I’ve stopped using it and begun using a combination of Head and Shoulders Bare shampoo and Dove shampoo and conditioner, my scalp no longer itches or flakes, and I don’t lose a ton of hair in the shower or brushing. I wish I noticed sooner, because it would have saved me a lot of grief. At this point my hair is so thin I may have to chop it off, which is so sad after 3 years of growth.

Does not provide what was as advertised
Both the Hyaluron Plump Hydrating Shampoo and Hyaluron Plump Hydrating Conditioner do not do what they advertise. I used this product 1x and immediately found my hair to be dry- straw like, The ends of my hair knotted. The aroma is horrible- chemical perfume smell which was so strong everytime I turned my head this is all I could smell. It is so strong it impacted taste. Anything that I ate tasted like the smell of perfume. I would like a refund

Horrible odor
I've been using it last 6 months. The latest bottle has a horrible odor. By the time I went to blow dry it I wanted to gag. I won’t be using it again. Did the formula recently change? I’m so disappointed it was my holy grail.

Pump top doesn’t open easily
This is a good product if you can get the bottle open I’ve spun the pump over and over just keep spinning until you get lucky, very frustrating! What is the secret to popping up the pump no arrows no directions just good luck Chuck!

I love this shampoo!!!! I was a hair dresser for 20 years and have still used professional products. I am 73 and decided I didn’t need to spend that much money on my hair products anymore.
