First, they test it out down the hallway. Then, it’s out onto the driveway. Before you know it, they’re asking to ride their Jetson Gem 3 wheel kick scooter everywhere – because once they get the hang of it, riding this kick scooter is just plain fun. It’s a quick path to scooter comfort and confidence on the Gem, thanks to how smoothly it rolls and how stable kids feel on its sturdy 3-wheel base. Once momentum picks up, the lean-to-steer turning functionality comes easy, as does using the rear foot brake. When growth spurts happen, the handlebar can be raised to several different heights. Bright and joyful in color, the wheels also have a fun surprise: motion-activated LED illumination, which lights up sidewalks and smiles. (No batteries required!)     Easily broken

    It’s a great product …for the brief period that it lasts. We bought these last summer. It is spring and already the scooter has completely deteriorated. I have three of them. All have broken in similar progressions, starting with the brake. Don’t buy.

    Not worth it, wish i researched more

    Only goes in a straight line, so my girl has to pick it up and move it every time she comes to a slight curve. Puts a damper on scootering with her older brother! Also, the wheels don’t light up unless you’re going extremely fast, which younger kids can’t really do without help.
