Rael Organic Disposable Period Underwear - L/XL - 5ct

absolutely love these! I've always used Rael's pads, but recently I've been having heavier periods due to new medication and I have to say these are a LIFESAVER! I never have to worry about leaking during sleep. They feel softer than even some of my underwear lol.

I have turned 30+ people onto this product. It is so great for your heavier days and I have been using this every period for the last 4 years and have never had a leak. Best part is you can wear it with leggings, jeans, etc. and you can’t tell you have the disposable underwear on underneath.

Better than Always

I purchased these for use following a knee surgery and my mobility would be highly affected with the inability to walk as well as requiring me to lay down for hours on end. I have heavy initial days. These were perfect. No leakage at all and they fit well. I didnt feel wet even though I was essentially sitting in them all day and night. They are comfortable and not bulky at all. When standing up, it caught everything. I also love that they were tear away. That made them easy to change, especially when you have clots. There was no leakage down the back. The leg cuffs were fitted without being too tight. I have large legs and bought a L/XL. I also liked that soo many came in the package - 20 instead of 14 like Always. I wish they came in black or nude.

Super soft & comfy! I wore them when I was newly postpartum and loved them so much that I now use them for my heavy period days. Haven’t had any leaks and they absorb a lot. I’ve tried other brands but these are my favorite, I also like they don’t have any fragrance to them.

Thank you for making this product! I have heavy periods and have to use another brands heaviest pads which are not the cleanest products and sometimes still stain my pants. These are sooo comfortable and actually feel less bulkier than undies and a pad. They are also absorbent and the fluid does not just sit on top. I will gladly buy these every cycle for the 1-2 days. Just remember to bring an extra pair or extra undies and a pad if going out!

Absolutely ludicrous L/XL sizing. Says it goes up to size 30?! I'm around a size 16-18 and relatively active etc. and these did not fit at all....ripped up the side trying to put them on and the leg holes were waaaaaay too small. Quality seemed good, but would not recommend to anyone over about size 12......And you know it just sucks, like it's so hard being a woman anyway, postpartum, bigger woman and then companies like this acting like your supposed to be somehow tiny at size 18.....

This was the 1st time in my life I didn't have ANY leaks overnight. I was impressed. This was my 1st time buying period underwear, I was very hesistant. But it was very easy to use (I put the orange lines facing forward). I'm 150, 5'6, but have thick thighs and a big booty. And these fit me. I wear 8 in jeans, but I always wear XL panties, so these fit fine. They are a little diaper-y.

Has made my cycle so easy, because im not always worrying if I've had an accident. The absolute best coverage, comfort and fit. I wish they would give a few more or lower the price a little, I always have to buy 2 just to make it through my heavy days, but still worth it in the end end.

These were comfortable, helped tremendously on holding any leakage. I am glad I tried them out!

These are great! I like the breathability, they feel like regular underpants. I was worried about sizing based on reviews but I think it's closer to UK sizing than US sizing. I bought the L/XL with 40" hips and they're comfortable, a bit like oversized underwear. I also like that they can be pulled apart at the side as well.

I have a very heavy flow and have always leaked through overnight pads (back and front) depending how I sleep and I wish I knew about or thought about using these at night sooner, I can sleep now without having to worry about leaking on my bed… I’m normally a size 10 in pants and buy the l/xl size and they fit perfect

After trying the other brands, this is HANDS DOWN the BEST product as a woman with PCOS and curves. Individually wrapped, unscented, COMFY, and most importantly… padded from the rooter to the tooter! Though the other brands may look more slick and less diaper like, these are built for comfort and durability not aesthetics, but that is what makes them so reliable.

I’ve used these in the past but something is different now. Got really bad contact dermatitis from wearing these.

The L/XL nows fits me like a 2X. They need to fix the sizing and separate L from XL because I am large, not an XL and the S/M is too tight. Other than that issue, the period underwear (when they fit) are great and very absorbant.

I'm so glad I tried these. I had tried a different brand of disposable underwear and they were itchy, uncomfortable, and the cotton strip barely covered anything. I find these period underwear to be so much more comfortable. I'm kind of in between sizes, so I wear the L/XL during the day so it's less restrictive and then I wear the S/M at night so the underwear is snug to me and doesn't move around. I'm a size 12/14 in jeans and pants. I've tried washable period underwear but my period is just so heavy and I have a communal washing machine I don't always have access to, that this type of period-wear is exactly what I need. The brand I used previously discontinued my absorbency size and I really lost all hope of finding something that would work. I was using postpartum and incontinence pads for a while. With these Rael disposables, I don't dread my period or worry about period blowout anymore.

These were really soft and very absorbent, I wore them at night for my first week postpartum and I liked them a lot. The only thing is that they really look like an actual diaper so I did feel like I looked silly. I’d buy again if I ever have another baby just because they are soft and easy to rip off on the sides to dispose of

I really wanted to like this product since I have really heavy periods at the beginning of my cycle and wanted to try these for nighttime use. Sadly, when I woke up the crotch of my sleep shorts were soaked in blood, and when I stood up gravity pulled everything down and the underwear didn’t catch anything and blood came leaking down my legs and the carpet in my bedroom. Those middle panels don’t stay outward and will fold inward when you put the underwear on which is a huge issue since that is supposed to be for heavy flows. I will not be purchasing this product again until the design changes to accommodate the inner flap issues into something more like boyshorts.
