Inadequate supplement

Does not provide the recommended amount of folate, which is 400 mcg. These only have 360 mcg total. Get the capsule version, which has more folate. It's crazy that you can't trust the label, which says 100% daily value!

They are cheap for a reason. They don’t have any iron, so I became anemic while taking these. I switched to a more complete vitamin, and I can physically feel the difference.

Not enough folic acid

I think these taste good! Much easier to take than pills in my opinion, especially if you have any upset stomach. Downside: not quite enough folic acid (400 mcg recommended -- not just DFE) and there's no choline to support brain health. Will be switching to another brand for those reasons.

Large and small bottle are different flavors

I don’t like that the large and small bottle are diffferent flavor gummies because unless you read the fine print, you’d never know. I almost returned the large bottle once i discovered it. Until I tasted them - they are both DELICIOUS! The texture and taste of both are great and I wish I could have these in candy form! Love them, best prenatals I’ve ever had. The small bottle are square gummies and taste great. The large bottle smells like strawberry lemonade when you open it, and the gummies are fruit shaped.
